Prayer For Spirit Of Confusion
Father God, Your children are being deluged with many false teachers, damaging doctrines and deceitful tactics and the enemy prowls around like a ravenous wolf seeking to scatter the flock and shipwreck many of Your servants, and Lord, the church is being flooded with dangerous books and destructive media that is causing such confusion, and many are falling into the traps that the enemy is setting.
Look down in pity on all Your people, and guide them into the way of truth. Provide spiritual stability we pray, in the lives of those that have little or no sound doctrinal teaching. Raise up we pray, good men and ministries that are seeking to lift up the name of the Lord Jesus and teach the whole counsel of God.
Lord, it was the apostle Paul that warned us of the ravenous wolves that would scatter the flock, but You are mighty to save and we pray that You will continue to build Your Church and bring many to spiritual maturity, to the glory of Your name,

Dear Lord, I desire to be clear-minded in a time when deceit and deception floods into our minds from so many quarters, and so I pray that I would learn to take every though captive, so that I may not be tossed about by the many winds of doctrines that can cause such confusion in our minds, and distort the truth of Your Word.
Father, I do not want to be swept into the world's way of thinking, and pray that You would give me increasing and ongoing clarity of thought in my home, my work and in the general activities of life as well as my special times of devotion, payer and fellowship meetings with other believers.
Open the eyes of my understanding I pray, and give me real wisdom. Help me not to fall into a spiritual slumber but rather to remain alert and watchful, knowing that the days are evil. Thank You, Lord, that I am Your blood-bought child and that nothing can separate me from Your love. Give me the grace I pray, to stand fast until the day of Christ Jesus, in Whose name I pray,

Father,
I thank You that through Jesus You have made a way for me to be free from confusion and to learn to live as Your child. Because of the price You paid for me and the promises you have made in Your Word, I speak these declarations in faith. I believe that Your Word is at work in me as I agree with You now.
I believe and declare that Your Word is true for me personally: that I can access all the wisdom I need to live a successful life. I am not plagued with uncertainty, doubt, ignorance or bewilderment.
I believe and declare that I am not alone; I don't have to sit around scratching my head in perplexity! I have a Father who has all the wisdom I need to make sense of difficult and trying circumstances. All I need do is come into His presence and ask Him for wisdom, and I will receive it! Wisdom is mine in every dilemma, every mess, every tangle, every befuddlement. With God's help I will untangle every uncertainty with His understanding.
I believe and declare that I will no longer find fault in myself or believe that God finds fault in me for not knowing everything I need to know on my own. My dependency on Him is not a weakness, but a strength. I will celebrate my need for partnership with the Almighty God who is full of wisdom for my every need.
I believe and declare that I am not lacking in any spiritual gift. I am not missing anything I need to navigate my life and my challenges. I have God, and He is ultimately all I need to lead my life successfully.
I believe and declare that I have the mind of Christ a wise mind, a stable mind, a quick mind, an effective mind, a healthy mind, a strong mind, and an understanding mind!
I believe and declare that my life is marked by order and peace because God, my God, rules and reigns in my life.
I believe and declare that I have the Holy Spirit at work within me to lead me into all truth in every circumstance.
I believe and declare that I have an understanding heart to do my responsibilities well and to discern right from wrong.
I believe and declare that I do not trust in my own perspective and understanding, but that I lean on and trust in God's perspective and understanding in all things.
I believe and declare that I will not be tormented and ruled by confusion any longer, for I have been set free from bondage through the love of my Father God, the redeeming power of Jesus Christ, and the constant presence of the Holy Spirit in my life. I am a child of God! I have all the rights and privileges of a child of God namely, I have wisdom, understanding, clarity, and Truth.

Father, I humble myself before your majesty. I thank you that I am covered in the blood of your son Jesus and that his blood makes me clean, holy, pure, and righteous in your sight. As far as the east is from the west so you have removed my sin from me.
Father, your word says that I have the mind of Christ. You have not given me a spirit of fear or confusion but of love, peace, and of a sound mind. I choose this day to set mind and my heart on your word. I ask that you would help me to meditate on your word day and night and I thank you that when I do this your word promises to bless me.
I set my eyes and my affections on heaven. I look to you, the author and perfecter of my faith. Your word says that you will keep me in perfect peace when my mind is stayed on you. I come to you today and I ask you to renew my mind as I meditate upon you and your word. I ask that you would bring peace to my mind and heart and silence every confusing voice of the enemy.
I thank you that you are not the author of confusion as your word says. Father, I thank you for the authority that is mine through Christ Jesus. I thank you that I have access to heavenly places and that I am seated with Christ above all rule and authority; above every demon and every principality.
In the name of Jesus, I choose to stand in my authority today. I bind every spirit of confusion that has been released to attack my mind and emotions. In the name of Jesus, I command every device and scheme of the enemy to bow down to the name of Jesus. I am seated with Christ right now in heavenly places by faith and I use this authority and tell you to leave and to stop every attack against me. I command you to go to the feet of Jesus and to wherever he instructs you.
Father, I choose to take captive every thought that does not agree with who your word says I am. Every racing and scattered thought of confusion I take captive and I give to you. Father, I ask you to replace confusion with peace. I thank you that my mind is being healed, renewed, and restored. I ask that you would help me to keep your word in the front of my mind today that it would continue to restore me.

Heavenly Father, protect and guide us we pray in these days of deceitful practices and increasing confusion in our places of worship, and give to Your children discernment to recognise the truth of the gospel of Christ and reject all teaching that is counter to Your Word.
Thank You, that You have given us all that we need for godly living and forgive us for the times when we have left the straight path of truth to drink at the enemy's poisoned cisterns. Help us to discern truth from error and to stand fast in the faith of the Son of God, Who loved us and gave Himself for us.
Raise up we pray, an army of godly men who will teach the whole council of God, and give them the courage to stand against any false teachers that they may encounter. Help all Your people to be diligent in their study, wise in their choices and grant discernment to all who are seeking the truth. We ask this in the name of Jesus,

Father, there is an ever-encroaching darkness that is spreading across our nation in particular and the world in general, and morality, truth and virtue are quickly being replaced with an evil and unbiblical society.
Bless we pray, and protect those that are seeking to uphold the truth of the gospel, and give each one spirit-empowered discernment and wisdom to follow the path of truth and to renounce the evils that are seeking to encroach, suffocate and confuse those who trust in Your holy name.
Thank You, that in the power of Your Holy Spirit, You have enabled and empowered all those that trust in Jesus as Saviour to stand firm. Thank You, that you have endowed us with the spiritual armour that we need to shun evil. Equip us with all that is needful to stand fast in the evil day. This we ask in the name of the Lord Jesus,
