Prayer For President
Dear Father, in Jesus' name I lift up the President to You, I know that our leader's heart is in Your hands, so I ask that you guide the head of our nation to the way You would have him go. Father, I pray that You would surround our President with wise counsel men and women of integrity who place Your agenda and the good of this nation above their own and whose motives are for that which is right. I pray that You would give our leader discernment, understanding and knowledge so that our nation may know stability internally and abroad. I give thanks for our President according to Your Word and thank You for working in and through his leadership so that we might lead peaceable lives in godliness and honesty. Amen
Father, give them the stamina to approach each day and to find a balance between work and life so that they would be sustained. Amen
We ask that You help all leaders to care for people in need, especially children. Press on the hearts of constituents a desire and drive to reach out to their government leaders on issues surrounding global poverty, and soften leaders' hearts toward these issues. Amen
Father, we also ask that You give our leaders courage so that even when it's hard, they would continue to boldly represent their constituents' needs and those of the most vulnerable. Amen.
We pray for Ohio, that they may oust this President who has cast a shadow on the Presidency. We pray that the people of Ohio move us onward from corruption, and instead cast our country's highest office back into the light.

Heavenly Father, I bring the needs of our government before You and ask You to bless our nation through godly leaders. I magnify the Name of Jesus and declare that He is Lord over this nation. Amen.
Heavenly Father, today I pray for our nation. I ask that You would give our President wisdom beyond his own understanding and the courage to choose the right path no matter how narrow the gate. I pray for all in authority over us that You would give them the grace and strength to stand against the temptation to use power as a weapon but rather to carry it reverently as one would a child. I pray for the spiritual leaders of our country that they would hear Your voice and know your heart. I pray that they would lead from their knees and by that simple grace bring each one of us to our knees before Your throne. Have mercy on our nation Lord, In Jesus name, Amen.
Father, together we pray for our nations leaders to find Your peace and direction, and for these men and women to act and lead according to Your Word. A house divided within cannot stand, therefore, I pray for them to be unified in righteousness for the sake of our nation. Amen
