Prayer For Preemies
The baby that shall be born unto me will be a blessing and not a burden in Jesus name. Amen
I vow to recognize that I am a caretaker who must bring up the child in the way of the Lord. Help me to do so Lord, in Jesus name.

God, You are Almighty and know everything that is going on with my body and my baby. You know the exact minute my baby will be born. Please help me to be patient and get through this time of waiting. I am so anxious to see and hold my baby that I can barely wait another day. Please be close to me and my baby and surround me with Your love and presence at the birth. Help the labor go smoothly and the birth to go just right.
I know that in Nehemiah it says that Your gracious hand is upon me. I know You will bless this delivery, Lord. I know that my labor will be manageable and You will be with me the whole time. Please take away any fear that I may have, and help this baby to come quickly and safely.
You are a great and powerful God. I know that if I praise You, You will rain down Your blessings from above. I believe that You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. This is a new beginning for my baby, for our family. We praise You for this wonderful gift. Thank you. In Jesus' name. Amen.
As this little bundle of joy starts to grow and develop, give me wisdom to teach and train, to correct and to encourage. May I be both fair and wise, and combine a balance between correction and encouragement. Guide our little family unit in the ways of peace I pray, and thank You my heavenly Father for the wonderful blessing that has come from You. In Jesus' name,

Heavenly Father, what joy fills my heart for the precious little baby you have seen fit to bring into our family unit. I lift up my voice of praise to You, with a grateful heart for this little life that has been entrusted to me.
Teach me to be a good and faithful mother and to take the responsibilities of motherhood seriously. Teach me also how to bring up my child to know You Lord Jesus, so that my precious little baby will grow up to accept You as their Saviour. And Lord, You Who loved to welcome the little children into your arms, open Your arms of love I pray for us, and keep us all safe from harms way, under the protection of Your wings of love.

Dear Lord Jesus, I ask that You bring down an overwhelming storm of healing and joy onto this tiny jewel. We ask that you bless him/her with all of Your might. Surround this baby with angels' wings and encompass him/her in Your Holy Spirit. Lord, we are asking for a miracle. We need You to hear our prayers and lift them up. Help Your child become strong, fill him/her with Your divine breath, and use Your ways to bring healing. In Your compassionate name, I pray. Amen.
Father God, your word says that you have good plans for us, plans to prosper as a not to fail us. I stand firm on these words, and I declare and decree that's my baby, who has been born prematurely, will grow according to the plans that you have for him. I refute every tongue that rises against him in the form of bad medical reports and discouragement from friends and relatives. Lord, my child, will live and declare your glorious work. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Dear God, my parents, are heartbroken and sad,
and they have prayed to you with all their heart please grant their heart desire.
This time is confusing, unlike how they pictured it would be, But I want them to know that you take care of me.
They think I am so lonely when they are away,
and if I could tell them, I would say I know this is hard, and I know God understands and He is with me.
And God, while I am in this temporary N.I.C.U. home,
I just want them to know I have never been alone. Amen
