Prayer For Peace And Unity
Peace unto me, Peace within me, Peace in my mind, Peace in my surroundings, Peace to all, Peace to the Universe. May there be peace and unity in the world. May there be peace and unity all over the world, forever.
Lord we pray for clear vision so as to see and the faith to believe
in a world free from violence,
a new world in which fear shall no longer lead men or women to commit injustice,
nor a world where selfishness makes them bring suffering upon others.
Help us to offer our whole life and thought and energy
to the task of making peace,
praying always for the inspiration and the power
to fulfill the destiny for which we and all men and women were created.
Amen.
Dear God,
I claim peace for all nations now,
and to begin I ask to let there be peace on Earth,
and let it begin with me.
May divine love and wisdom work together
in the hearts, minds, and lives of all people
to bring this peace about.
I know that with God all things are possible
and I see those who seem to be full of hate and fear
allowing God's love to penetrate their very being,
filling them with love, peace, and God's guidance.
Thank you, God, for answered prayer.
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace; where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood, as to understand; to be loved, as to love; for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life. Amen.
Dear Father of all, Help us to see the world through your eyes, without dividing lines, To see just land and water, mountains, trees and skies. Help us to lay aside our class and skin, our background and race, To know our shared humanity, to see a brother or sister in every face. Help us to wear forgiveness, to lay down our pride and pain, To seek first to understand, Lord may peace and reconciliation reign. Help us to feel your compassion so we can freely forgive. May we weave new threads of grace and cause seeds of hope to live. Help us to play our own small part, with acts of kindness and of care. May we arise as your children and seek out what is justice and fair. Cause us to make new bonds of trust with neighbours near and far, And so to fashion a world where peace comes to Earth in this hour.
Restore unity and peace, and may love, faith and hope invade the hearts of each of them. Mend the broken relationships within each circle. Let love never run dry for one another and let all situations be resolved. Allow all the lost ones who have been led astray by the world discover You again, Merciful Savior. Continue to bless us daily. Amen
May Your truth shine in all souls, and Your love flow through all hearts, so that all people can enter the world of LOVE and realize that all life comes from You, may we bow down together all people as one and praise Your name.
May You strengthen all the leaders in this world to embrace the principles of brotherly love, charity and truth and act on Your behalf. May they unveil the divine plan so that all may see and bring it to action.
Spread Your blessing on all of us, as we cannot create and live in full truth and integrity without being touched by You.
Feed all people with the powers of Your Eternal Love.
Send us Your joy and peace every day, so that our world becomes a symphony of love. May the Spirit of Christ spread in us and take action through all souls.
We bow to you, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in humility and gratitude.

Dear Lord,
We are in need of you. We're aware, now more than ever, of our own weaknesses, and of the struggle with the darkness that tries hard to divide us and gain more foothold. Lord, we say No more. We stand our ground. Father, we ask that you would fill us with your Spirit of love and unity among believers all across the world. Also, we ask that you would help us to set aside our differences and look to the greater picture, the work of Christ.
We ask that you would help us to truly live a life of love. We know that this can only be possible through the power of Your Spirit, so we ask that you would move across our land in new ways. With fresh filling and awareness. Turning your people back to your ways. Drawing others to come to know you. We thank you that you are always with us, and give us great purpose and hope. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
