Prayer For My Sick Brother
Almighty God,
You know that we are surrounded by many great dangers, and because of our human frailty we cannot withstand them. Give us health of mind and body so that we who suffer under sin may overcome and win the victory in you; through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.
Amen.
Lord God, I come to you in prayer, please bring healing to my brother's lungs, give him strength to overcome hos sickness. Allow my sister and I to be there to care for him. Merciful God, hear mu prayer. In Jesus name, Amen.
Lord, I pray to you and I ask you to please help heal my brother from all his chronic pain and suffering. My Heavenly Father I also ask that you guide him and give him strength to overcome his disease of alcoholism and become a sober man. I pray to you Lord because with you nothing is impossible and I believe in you, and of course please look after my mom as we'll. Amen
Lord, today I am asking you to bless my brother. He is so close to my heart, and I want only the best for him. I ask, Lord, that you work in his life to make him a better man of God. Bless every step he takes so that he can be a light unto others. Guide him in the right direction when he is faced with making the right choice or the wrong one. Give him the friends and family members that will point him toward you and what you want for his life, and give him the discerning mind to know who is giving him Your advice.

By this practice may those who have perfect health be firmly established in that perfect health. May those who do not yet have complete and perfect health be brought to that level of health, well being and strength
Think, O' God, of our friend who is ill, whom we now commend to Your compassionate regard. Comfort him/her upon his/her sickbed, and ease his/her suffering. We beg for deliverance and submit that no healing is too hard if it is Your will.
O Holy Spirit please come like a dove Shield and protect now the one that I love. Cover their wounds with Your grace feathered wings, Shield them from sorrow, breathe hope songs within. Tend with Your goodness the pain that they bear Heal now their sickness with miracle care. Carry them high far above till they see Your rainbow of promise, real hope lies ahead. I love them so dearly, so help me to be All that you, Jesus, would give out through me.
