Prayer For Growth In The Church
Our Loving Father,We believe that Church is the body of Christ founded on the rock that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God.The Scripture says that neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who increases. Relying on this promise, Father, we enter into Your presence, for the growth of our Church. As the Living Word says, "Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it", we are totally helpless. Apart from You, we can do nothing. We beseech You, Lord, to pour out Your life-giving Spirit and Your enabling power upon the Church in an abundant measure and thus, bring about a total revival in the Church. Purge away all the sins, iniquities and uncleanness from the Church. Let Your ears be open towards all the prayers that come to You from this Church, day and night. May it be pleasing to You Lord, as a sweet incense before You. Let Your glory cover this Church.Father God, place Your mighty outstretched hands on every member and the leaders of the Congregation. Let the gift of prophecy operate in our Church Lord so that Your Word which says "but he who prophesies edifies the church" may be realized in the Church. Help us to be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. Father, let Your grace always abide. In Jesus' most precious name, we pray.Amen.
O Mighty God, we thank You for the body of Christ who are called to serve in such as time as this. We pray for divine increase concerning church growth across every city and nation in Jesus' holy name. We pray that every church will be vibrant, filled with the power and working of Your Holy Spirit. We stand on Your Word, that no weapon formed against Your church shall prosper. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
O Lord, Mighty in Power, Your Word says that the weapons given to us have the divine power to demolish strongholds. We pray that every stronghold that has risen up against the church shall be demolished in Jesus' name. We demolish every unfamiliar spirit that aims to hinder church growth. We pray for church growth. We pray that if we call to You, You will show us the hidden things about our churches that we did not know. Amen.
My Righteous God, we thank You for Your presence as a church and for our continuous growth. We pray that You will continue to illuminate and transform the Word in our lives, giving us divine authority over the power of darkness that wants to resist the growth of Your church. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ over Your church and believe by faith that there will be supernatural expansion, according to Your will. In Jesus' name, Amen.
God of Victory, in the name of Jesus, we come before You right now and pray for spiritual growth in Your church. We ask that the wind of the Holy Spirit will fall upon new coverts and members within every congregation and that the spirit of true evangelism be released. Father, clothe us with power from on high in all that we do for Your Kingdom and for the growth of Your church. This we ask in Jesus' name. Amen.
Name above all Names, we unite together as the body of Christ and pray for the building up of Your church, that the gates of hell will not prevail against it. We pray that any ungodly power that has been sent from the pit of hell, to prevent church growth, die, in Jesus' name. We pray that the spirit of stagnation and slumber that is working against the growth of God's church be destroyed. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
Jesus, my Savior, we thank You for Your Word that reminds us that all power and authority has been given to us. Therefore, we rise up in the power and authority You have assigned and command that every spirit of limitation loitering over the church, be destroyed by the fire of God. We pray that church growth will be manifested in Your holy name. We pray for the blessings of God upon every church. Amen.
Almighty and Everlasting God, we pray against the spirit of confusion over Your church right now. We pray that every satanic counsel against church growth shall be confused in Jesus' name. We also stand against immorality, lust and lewdness that is preventing church growth and pray that every demoniac spirit be reversed in Jesus' name. God, please arise and let every enemy against the body of Christ be scattered. This we ask, in Jesus' righteous and all-powerful name. Amen.
