Prayer For Grandma Death
God our Father,
Your power brings us to birth,
Your providence guides our lives,
and by Your command we return to dust.
Lord, those who die still live in Your presence,
their lives change but do not end.
I pray in hope for my family,
relatives and friends,
and for all the dead known to You alone.
In company with Christ,
Who died and now lives,
may they rejoice in Your kingdom,
where all our tears are wiped away.
Unite us together again in one family,
to sing Your praise forever and ever.
Amen.
Dear God, Thank you for giving us the presence of my grandmother in our lives. It was a blessing. She passed away on Saturday at 100 years old. Hope you open the gates of heaven for her to enter. Thank you. Amen.
We thank You Lord for the passing of our brother/sister. We exalt Your name for the good life he/she lived. We pray oh Lord, that everlasting life be given unto him or her. And as he or she abides in Your garden, let Your angels touch what he/she cannot touch again. Father, be with his/her soul and may he/she rest in perfect eternal peace. Amen

Especially those most in need of your mercy

Lord, please welcome with loving, eternal arms, this grandmother, to a privileged seat at the eternal banquet of joy. Comfort with angelic ministry and many graces, those who suffer from this departure. Instill in their hearts always faith, hope, love, joy, and patience, toward each other and otherwise. Lead them all through this and all occasions toward the same eternal banquet, that they might sup eternally with this grandmother and all the angels and saints with you. Have mercy, Lord. Our Lady, angels, and saints, pray with us. Amen.
In your hands, O Lord,
we humbly entrust our brothers and sisters.
In this life you embraced them with your tender love;
deliver them now from every evil
and bid them eternal rest.
The old order has passed away:
welcome them into paradise,
where there will be no sorrow, no weeping or pain,
but fullness of peace and joy
with your Son and the Holy Spirit
forever and ever.

Father, Through your divine son's Jesus precious blood. I ask you please take this persons grandmother into your kingdom where she can be with you for all eternity. Through your loving and merciful son Jesus AMEN
Dear Lord, I just want to bring my dear Grandma to You. Lord, she has always put off making a commitment to follow You and to trust in Jesus as Saviour, but Lord she is advancing in years and probably does not have much longer in this world. Lord, I want my beloved granny to be with us in heaven and up to now she has been very resistant to the gospel of Christ.
Lord, I pray that You would convince her of her sin and convict her of her need of a Saviour. I pray that she may turn to Christ before she leaves this world, knowing that if she refuses she will have to face eternal separation from You, Father.
Lord, I love my grandmother and I know that You do too. I also know that it is not Your will that anyone should perish but that all should come to repentance. Please Lord, visit her and I do pray that she will accept the Lord Jesus as her personal Saviour, before it is too late. In Jesus' name,
