Prayer For God Protection
We thank You Almighty and Most High God for blessing us to dwell in Your secret place, under the shadow of Your wings of protection, in true intimacy with You embraced and sheltered by Your power and Your precious love. We confess and say unto You, O Lord, that You alone are our refuge, our fortress, and our place of protection from dangers and distress. You are also our stronghold and our defense against our enemies. You are the only God whom we serve and only in You will we confidently place our trust.
We trust not in our own abilities, nor in our own wisdom or strength; but we trust in You, O Lord, to deliver us from the snares, traps and the deceptive and
sinful temptations and entanglements of Satan. You are also our deliverer from every sickness, disease and pestilence. We thank You Father for covering us with Your feathers of safety, warmth and love far out of the reach and grasp of our enemies.
The truth and power of Your Word is our defense, our shield and our protection around us. Because we dwell in Your secret place, we shall not be afraid of the spiritual dangers or demonic tactics and attacks of Satan; nor shall we be afraid of the plots of the wicked (people) that he would influence and use to fight against us. We shall not worry and fret, nor be afraid of unseen and unknown catastrophic disasters or deadly diseases, nor of sudden death or destruction of our lives, or destruction of Your blessings in our lives.
Even though many fall to the temptations and destruction of the enemy on one side, and tens of thousands suffer lack and are afflicted with sickness, disease and other calamities on the other side, none of these evils shall fall upon or come near us. We will see with our eyes the punishment and destruction of the wicked and the unjust, but we shall not partake in their sufferings.
Because we have made You, O Lord, the Most High God, our abode, our dwellings place and our habitation, no evil shall be able to fall upon or touch us, and no sickness or disease can come upon us, or even come near our home or our families.
We thank You Father for commanding Your angels to watch over us and protect us wherever we go. They are encamped in a hedge of protection around us. They shall preserve us, defend us, and keep us safe from all hurt, harm and danger. We thank You for giving us power and authority in Christ Jesus over every demon and devil. Because we are in Christ in heavenly places, even as Christ has all under His feet, we also have all things under our feet. Therefore, even the demonic and satanic principalities, powers and wicked spirits in high places are trampled under our feet.
Because we have set our heart upon You, to love You and serve You with all our heart, our soul, our strength and our might; and, because we reverence You, and worship Your holy, mighty, majestic, precious and glorious name, You shall deliver us from every attack of the enemy, and none of his weapons shall prosper against us. Because we make our habitation and dwelling place in You, O Lord, whenever we are in trouble of any kind, and we need to call upon You for help, You will be right there as always to answer us, and honor us with Your mighty hand of deliverance. You will show us the salvation of the Lord by blessing us with a long, healthy, safe and prosperous life, and giving unto us Your many wondrous blessings. In the Name Lord Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Abba Father, I declare that in all things, You are my strength and my shield. You alone are my family's unshakable refuge and fortress. I thank You that we can trust You to protect us from all harm. Today, I believe that no evil will befall us and that no plague will come near our dwelling. I declare that as Your Word has promised, my family and I will be far from oppression and terror, for it will not come near us. Thank You that we can live life bold and unafraid, for we know You are lovingly and tirelessly watching over us. Because of what Your Son, Jesus, has done for us at the cross, my family and I are under an open heaven of favor, protection, and blessings today. Amen.
Loving and gracious God, as in all times, we turn to You and implore Your protection and healing as we face a new threat to our health and peaceful well-being in the coronavirus pandemic before us. Help us to be united with each other and with all of our brothers and sisters around the world affected by this illness. We pray for all those in the medical field who are assisting patients and in the field of science who are discerning a cure, as well as for all government leaders. Remember those who, through this virus, have passed from this life as well as their families in their loss.
At this time of fragile uncertainty, we also humbly implore You to grant us prudence, hope, courage and patience. Dispel from us fear, panic and distrust which disrupt us in spirit to the detriment of our well-being.
We make our prayer in the name of your beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, who always cured those who were sick with various diseases and drove out many demons. Our Lady, Patroness of our Diocese, Queen of the Apostles and Comforter of the Afflicted, pray for us, Amen.
God who traveled before and behind the Israelites in their journey from slavery to freedom, surround and support the men and women working in your healing ministry today. Never leave them, comfort them, and keep them well. Give them the strength to care for those who are sick and dying as well as the strength to receive help from others.
Be with the families of all who serve. Send your peace for their anxieties, joy for their fears, hope for their despair, and light for their darkness. We pray in the confidence of your love. Amen.
Lord Jesus,
The world is changing so fast. Every day the media relays tales of those who disregard law, devise evil, and destroy both people and property. And because of what's happening, fear sometimes rises up in my heartfor me, for those I love, and for people everywhere. Yet I know you are in control.
I ask you today for your supernatural protection, Lordboth personally and globally. Please station angels around my home and family to guard them from danger. Lead us away from temptation, and help us to run from the presence of questionable activities or harmful influences. When we're weak, help us to look up to you and to hold on tight to the truth that you love us and want the best for us.
Heavenly and blessed Father, we give you thanks. We honor and glorify your majestic name. We thank you for your many and continual outpouring of blessings in our lives.
The blessing which came from heaven,
From God the Father, when the true living Son was born,
Be with me at all times;
The blessing which God spoke over the whole human race,
Be with me always.
The holy cross of God, as long and as broad
As the one upon which God suffered
His blessed, bitter tortures, bless me today and forever.
The three holy nails which were driven through
The holy hands and feet of Jesus Christ
Shall bless me today and forever.
The bitter crown of thorns which was forced upon
The holy head of Christ, shall bless me today and forever.
The spear by which the holy side of Jesus was opened,
Shall bless me today and forever.
The rosy blood protect me from all my enemies,
And from everything which night be injurious to my body
Or soul, or my worldly goods.
Bless me, oh ye five holy wounds, in order that all my enemies
May be driven away and bound,
While God has encompassed all Christendom.
In this shall assist me God the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.

As the cup and the wine, and the true, living bread which
Jesus gave his disciples on the evening of Maunday Thursday.
All those that hate you must be silent before me;
Their hearts are dead in regard to me; and their tongues are
Mute, so that they are not at all able to inflict the least injury
Upon me, or my house, or my premises:
And likewise, all those who intend attacking and wounding me
With their arms and weapons shall be defenseless,
Weak and conquered before me.
In this shall assist me the holy power of God, which can make all arms or
weapons of no avail. All this in the name of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. Amen.
O My God, I adore Thee and I love Thee with all my heart. I thank Thee for having created me, for having made me a Catholic and for having watched over me this day. Pardon me for the evil I have done this day; and if I have done any good, deign to accept it. Watch over me while I take my rest and deliver me from danger. May Thy grace be always with me.
