Prayer For Frustration At Work
O Lord, Mighty in Power, although I am frustrated with things in my life right now, I am trying to surrender it to You. Your Word states that if I lack wisdom, I should ask. Father, I need supernatural wisdom from You. In the situation that I am in, help me to respond to things calmly. Prevent me from reacting with frustration but instead to be motivated by the love which You have shown to me. I pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Jesus, my Savior, I feel like I have run out of patience. I confess that I have often responded unkindly in my frustration and I choose to submit to You and ask for You to fill me with Your Spirit. As that happens, I anticipate the abundance of love, patience, and kindness that is produced as a fruit of the Spirit. I will no longer respond out of frustration, but I will be led in love to love others. In the love of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
God of grace,
You make me softer, kinder, gentler, generous, forgiving and loving.
Yet at times I know these gifts wear thin. I feel impatience rising, I sense resentment brooding and revenge is on my lips.
So I pray today and all days for more of your Spirit. May the grace that you pour out open the door for a renewing of my mind, a restoration of my heart and a transformation of my soul.
Thank you
That in you I find new strength
Discover more patience
And walk with grace at work in my life.
Amen
Beautiful Lord, Wonderful Savior, frustration has gotten the better of me today. I feel as though I am weary but there is yet so much to do, in so little time.
My workload keeps growing, at school, at work, as well as home. The demands on me from everyone is just simply too much, too overwhelming. My energy is drained and I feel as though I am losing hope, that this life would not get any easier.
Lord God, my Refuge, I am frustrated and fed up with life right now. I need Your help. Remind me that You are sovereign and in control. Help me to let go and to trust You. I am sorry for trying to control every aspect of my life and I give over the driving seat to You. Keep me from feeling upset about things I cannot control and give me a new trust in Your promise to work everything for my good. Thank You that You love me. Amen.
I feel so frustrated. Give me strength, oh Father, to overcome these negative feelings and to get all the tasks that I have to do, completed, efficiently and effectively, and on time!
Calm my mind.Give me peace, as I recollect all the tasks I need to complete. And, Jehovah Nissi, help me not to forget to praise You in the midst of this chaos.

Abba Father,
Lord you know me and you love me. You hold everything together by your power and your grace. So I lay before you this difficult situation that I face. I trust that you will give me the strength and the wisdom I need to work these things through. I give you the job that I do, the responsibilities I have and the decisions I need to make. Come Lord, use me to bring peace, blessing and reconciliation in my workplace.
In the name of Jesus,
Amen.
