Prayer For Favor With Boss
Heavenly Father, I pray that you will cover this problem with your loving hand. While my mind is confused and struggles to find the right path, I know that you can heal any situation. Bring your peace and hope to my life. Hold me close to you so that my heart and mind may be kept safe. I pray that you will use the power of your truth to transform any darkness into your love and light. You are my fortress and my place of refuge. In times of difficulties, I turn to you for protection from harm. Thank you for protecting me and giving me all of my blessings in life. Amen.
Dear Lord,
I give you all that I am,
The study, training and skills that I have.
The work that you have given me to do.
The money I earn.
The hopes and aspirations I have,
I lay all these at your feet.
Please bless my work.
Help me to excel in all that I do.
Inspire me to face new challenges,
And guide me each day I pray.

For surely, O Lord, you bless the righteous. I, therefore, declare that I am blessed through Jesus Christ. Thank You for surrounding me with Your favour as with a shield. I thank You, Lord, that I can abound in your favour and blessing today. I, therefore, expect Your favour to go before me today. I anticipate the favour of God surrounding me and I expect my Heavenly Father to give me favour with men, even with the ungodly.
I thank You Heavenly Father for opening doors for me that neither man nor the devil can shut. Thank You for blessing the works of my hands as I walk under an open heaven. May I experience your supernatural increase and provision in every area of my life this day. I choose to walk in faith and in victory.

Dear God of all,
I come to you today lifting up my boss or supervisor to you. I pray that you will develop in him/her all of the skills and qualities needed to lead our work team well.
I pray that he/she will have the leadership skills of Moses, the bravery and vision of David, the wisdom of Solomon, the patience of Job and the perseverance of Paul. I pray that he/she will ask for and receive good advice as it says in Proverbs: A wise man listens to advice. (Proverbs 12:15 NIV) and Many advisors make victory sure. (Proverbs 11:14 NIV)
Grant my boss or supervisor a good understanding of the problems and fixes for our workplace and business issues. Give them a good view of the overall picture and a solid business plan for the present and future.
May my boss or supervisor value the hard work and efforts of the work team. Help him/her see the strengths of each worker and help them to encourage the development of new skills in areas where each worker may need help.
Grant a workplace characterized by respect and cooperation. May my boss or supervisor take a leading role in recognizing and appreciating the efforts of each member of the work team as they acknowledge jobs well done.
May my boss or supervisor be filled with honesty, fairness, discernment, kindness and good humor. May he/she be a good listener who has an open door to the work team, making themselves available to hear out concerns from the work team and support the employees.
Give them wisdom and discernment when dealing with conflicts between work team members. Help them hear out both sides and find workable solutions that will help improve the efficiency and atmosphere of the workplace.
Strengthen and help my boss or supervisor during times of stress. Grant them a good life balance in their work, family and faith. Teach them the value of delegating well, save them from micromanaging and show them when to roll up their sleeves and pitch in when the work load demands it.
Help me as a member of the work team to do my best at the tasks assigned me. Show me how to adapt to my boss's management style so that we might work well together for the sake of our company, our mission and our livelihoods. May you grant us success in all that we put our hands to do together.
Although I work under my boss or supervisor, help me to live out what it says in the Bible: Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. (Colossians 3: 23,24 NIV)

Heavenly Father, I declare that I have your favor today. I declare that I am strong and well able to fulfill my God given destiny; I know you are fighting my battles for me. I declare that I am a victor and not a victim. I may have been defeated in the past but the past is past, this is a new day. Your word says that I am the head and not the tail, I will lend and I will not borrow . Every thing I touch will prosper and succeed according to your perfect will because of your favor my Father. I declare that by your stripes I am healed today. I will live and not die. I declare that you are restoring health unto me, and with long life you satisfy me.
Father, today, I declare your favor in my relationship with you, favor in my relationship with my spouse and my family, favor in relationships with my friends, and favor in relationships in my business. I want to thank you for causing me to be at the right place at the right time. I want to thank you for causing people to want to help me.
Today, Father I want to thank you for blessing me with creativity, I want to thank you for causing me to make good decisions with a clear mind. I declare that you are smiling down on me today and that your favor will be in everything I do because I am pleasing to you. I declare that I will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country, blessed coming in and blessed going out. I claim right now, Psalm 84:11 that you are blessing me with favor and honor and no good thing will you withhold from me because my walk is blameless. I claim Habakkuk 2:3 that my vision is for an appointed time. Though it may tarry, I will earnestly wait for it, for it will surely come. I declare today that I am filled with your can do power my Father. Between you and me, we are the majority and I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. I know that your Word says that, no man has seen, heard or even imagined the wonderful things that you have in store for those that love you and I want to tell you this morning that I love you and I want to thank you for loving me.
God, I want to thank you for your favor today, not because of who I am, but because of whose I am. I am a child of the most high God, the creator of the whole universe. I commit this day to you.

Father, I come to you in the name of Your dear Son Jesus, my Savior, and the Apostle and High Priest over my profession. What I profess today is Your Word concerning favor in and for my life (Heb 3:1).
Like Joseph, I prosper in every place and in every situation, because You Lord, are always with me. Your presence brings with it Your power, protection, and peace. I thank You for blessing me to experience preferential treatment everywhere I go. You raise up people who use their power, their ability, and their influence to help me in ways I cannot help myself (Gen 39:1-6, 21).
I choose to associate with those who are wise, blessed, and highly favored. Wisdom is transferred by association and my association with these people promotes increase in every area of my life (Prov 13:20, Gen 30:27).
You Father, made Jesus to be sin for me, that I might be made the righteousness of God in Him. As the righteousness of God, I declare that I am highly favored in Your sight (2 Cor 5:21, Psalm 5:12; Prov 14:9).
I operate in integrity and I seek to do good in Your sight daily. As a result, I obtain Your favor and I experience Your best! (Prov 11:27; 12:2).
I walk in Your Word daily. Your Word is the ruler by which I judge every decision. Your wisdom is the guide for my life. By seeking Your wisdom and not my own, I receive Your favor in every area of my life (Prov 3:1-4; 8:33-35).
You favor is life and it endures for a lifetime (Psalm 30:5 AMP). My enemies cannot triumph over me because of Your favor upon my life (Psalm 41:11). You Father, surround and protect me with favor like a shield (Psalm 5:12).
I am ready for this day and I am confident that Your Favor will go ahead me and prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies (Psalm 23:5). Favor can do more in a minute than labor can do in a lifetime, and I have confidence that Your favor is ON me. I have great expectations for this day and for the rest of my life. Thank You Father for releasing Your favor over me. I receive it and walk in it daily. I pray all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
O Lord, God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and obey his commands, let your ear be attentive and your eyes open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day and night for your servants, the people of Israel. I confess the sins we Israelites, including myself and my father's house, have committed against you. We have acted very wickedly toward you. We have not obeyed the commands, decrees and always you gave your servant Moses.
Remember the instruction you gave your servant Moses, saying, If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations, but if you return to me and obey my commands, then even if your exiled people are at the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there and bring them to the place I have chosen as a dwelling for my Name.
They are your servants and your people, whom you redeemed by your great strength and your mighty hand. O Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant and to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your name. Give your servant success today by granting him favor in the presence of this man.
