Prayer For Emotional Peace
Lord, I am overwhelmed by my situation. I can hardly find words, but I know you understand what I am going through. Oh Father help! I know you promise to never leave me or forsake me. Be with me now- help me know you are with me. I know you will never let your children slip and fall hold me up! Lord, give me the strength I need today to make it through this trial. Give me hope that can only come from you. In your name I pray, Amen.
Dear Lord, Thank You for making peace possible in every circumstance. Thank You for loving us so much that You sent Your Son to make peace a reality on this side of heaven. Let me be a peacemaker within my home and outside of its walls. In Jesus' name, amen.
Father, today I choose to face my fears with prayer and praise. I surrender my doubts to You and choose to walk by faith - not by sight. Fill my heart and life with Your peace and help me face these uncertain times in Your strength and power. And those things I can't do anything about, Lord, are Yours. Thank You for being Peace in my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Lord, I pray for those who are reading this article. Father, thank you for giving me the words to share from your Word. Thank you for making us people who need other people. I pray right now that you will embrace those who are hurting. Let them know for certain that you are the God of all comfort. And let them feel your presence like never before. So they can one day pass it on to others. I pray this in Your Son's precious and Holy name. In Jesus' name, amen.
Almighty God, We bless you for our lives, we give you praise for your abundant mercy and grace we receive. We thank you for your faithfulness even though we are not that faithful to you. Lord Jesus, we ask you to give us all around peace in our mind, body, soul, and spirit. We want you to heal and remove everything that is causing stress, grief, and sorrow in our lives.
Please guide our path through life and make our enemies be at peace with us. Let your peace reign in our family, at our place of work, businesses and everything we lay our hands on.
Let your angels of peace go ahead of us when we go out and stay by our side when we return. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Beloved Presence, Grant me peace in all my relationships, with my friends, my family, my colleagues, those I meet randomly and those I see everyday.
Grant me peace in my home and in my work. Help me to be the peacemaker where ever I go. What ever differences I encounter show me how to be the voice of calm, clarity and reason.
Teach me how to keep restraint when I want to lash out
or when I feel justified to my anger.
When my heart has hardened, help me to hold my tongue until I have contemplated a wise course.
Dear God, move me to speak my truth from a place
of serenity in a powerful voice.
Because only from this place will I be heard, will change be affected, will peace ultimately become real.
Therefore grant me patience.
Dear God, when I do not have the strength I ask you to send me your Angels of Peace.
Command your Angels of Peace to heal my heart, my mind and my soul. Help me to do what I cannot do alone.
O Father,
Your life in me brings stillness to my turmoil.
Your life in me brings clarity to my confusion.
Your life in me brings wisdom to my worry.
Your life in me brings contentment to my striving.
You life in me brings gentleness to my anger.
Your life in me brings patience to my panic.
Your life in me brings hope to my suffering.
Your life in me brings faith to my frustration.
Your life in me brings such heavenly treasure into my heart
And enables me to navigate a peaceful path.
In you I find strength for my journey.
Lord Jesus, I am upset, troubled and disturbed. Bless me with the grace of inner peace. As you commanded the storms in the sea to be still, command the storms in my life to be calm as well.
Lord, please help me to clear my heart and mind of all negativity and drama. Please help me to release all anger, worries and frustrations. I can't help thinking about my problems.
And, the more I think about them, the more depressed I become. I feel as though I am sinking down in quicksand and cannot get out. Calm me, lord.
