Prayer For Employment Bible
Holy Father, please keep a hedge of protection around me and my family. Father please continue to open doors of employment that no man can close and close doors that are not consistent with Your perfect will for my life. I trust in Your ability to select the best path for my life because You know me better than anyone else. Father, protect the home and property that you've allowed me to steward. Keep my heart always consumed with you and not worldly possessions. As You continue to bless me, I will continue to be a blessing to others no matter what season I go through just as Job trusted you with all he had, I too say Though He may slay me, yet will I trust Him.
You are not a God of lack, who lives in poverty in need of anything from anyone. God everything is Yours. All resources belong to You to distribute as You wish. Father, in my heart I know that You have my best interest at hand. Help me to walk in step with The Holy Spirit as I wait for this season to shift. Father, I will not worry while I wait. I repeat, I will not work while I wait. I will instead enjoy the spiritual art of contentment with a thankful heart, trusting in a Heavenly Father who provides for His children out of His abundance riches. Thank You Father for Your generosity and making sure I'm well taken care of. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Lord, help my unbelief and doubt. Teach me to remember Your exceedingly great works, Your benevolence, and the benefits that You've brought into my life. Father remind me to lean not on my understanding or that which is in front of me, but fully trust in Your Sovereign hand. God in this season as I wait patiently on Your financial provision, I trust that You are faithful and will do it. Thank you for building my faith and teaching me more of Your ways during this time. I love you
Righteous Father, Your very name speaks to Your supernatural ability to provide and destroy seasons of lack. Father I trust You. God, I surrender my financial situation to You and leave it at Your feet. Over and over in Scriptures it is evident that You hear and answer the petition of Your saints. King David wrote that he has never seen the righteous forsaken or his seed begging for bread. I stand on this promise Heavenly Father and trust wholeheartedly in Your ability to provide. Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you with a heart full of thanksgiving recognizing that every good gift and every perfect present comes from You. Lord, I thank You for all that You've done and all that You're going to do. Father, I ask that You place Your hand on my finances. Father, Your word says that You have given us the ability to generate wealth. Therefore, Lord I trust in Your ability to prosper me in this time. Father grab hold of my life and teach me to prosper in this season. Holy Spirit bless the fruit of my hands, heart, and mind that I will be able to find opportunities to prosper in this season. Lord God in heaven I come to you humbly asking you to guide me to employment. This is not hard for you to do because the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. You are Jehovah Jireh the God who provides and I ask you to provide for me by bringing me employment. I am only interested in the place that is honest and trustworthy as I know this would be pleasing to you. Lord I ask you to show me the areas in my life where I may need to confess my sins so that I can bring them before you. I don't want anything to stand in the way of my answered prayers because I know it is Your will for me to be employed. (Take a few minutes and confess all the sins that come to you mind now) Show me the areas where I need to improve how I handle Your money so that I may honor You by doing so. I pray Lord that when I receive this job, I will tithe to the church or ministry that You will call to my mind the amount which You will put in my heart. Lord I know that You are able to supply my needs according to your glorious riches in Christ Jesus. I pray that You would bless me and enlarge my territory! I pray that you open the doors and give me the wisdom to know where to start looking. Bring the resources I need to prepare myself for the interviews and favor everywhere I go. In Jesus Name. AMEN.
Our heavenly Father is very interested in you and desires the very best for you. It is His will that you prosper and be in health as your soul prospers (3 John 2). Be aware that God is not limited to meet your need or bless you through a paycheck, although He can certainly use a paycheck to do so. Always remember that God is your source and you are His very own child.
Keep the Word first place in your life. Do what God told Joshua in Joshua 1:8: This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
Father, in Jesus' Name, I seek Your wisdom and trust You to direct me in seeking the job that is best for me. I will walk in mercy and truth and lean not unto my own understanding. Thank You for opening wide a door which no man can shut and for giving me favor.
It is my desire, Father, to be debt-free and owe no man anything except to love him, according to Your Word. I am willing to work with my own hands, so that I lack nothing. I praise You that it is Your will that I am self-sufficient financially and have an abundance to meet all of my needs, with enough left over to give generously to others.
I will not fret or have anxiety about anything, Father, for Your peace mounts guard over my heart and mind. Because You are my source, I have confidence, comfort and encouragement in Your provision. I thank You, Father, for supplying my need of employment according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
