Prayer For Drug Addicted Husband
God of creation, I thank You for this marriage, which I know has been blessed by You. I thank You for giving me someone to share my life with, joining us in holy matrimony to become one. Oh Lord, I pray for my addicted husband. I ask that You rescue him from his demons. Please heal and deliver him from destruction. Heal him and make him a new person who does Your will for his life. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit so that he is a changed man. Amen.
Heavenly Father, You are able to do abundantly more than I could ever ask or think. I know addiction is not of You, and my husband is trapped by it. Please come into his heart and heal him. Heal his mind, body and spirit. Make his mind strong so that he can fight off the urges, his body strong so he can overcome the physical cravings, and his spirit strong so that he has a deep desire to become and stay clean. Mend our broken marriage because substances have no place in our lives, now or in the future. Lord, I thank You in advance for saving my husband and our marriage. Amen.
Jesus, my Savior, I know You said that we must not be anxious for anything, but in prayer we are to make our requests to You. Lord, today I am requesting that You bless my husband who is suffering from addiction. He needs to take the first step to stop his substance abuse, but I don't know the words to say to tell him that he needs help. Guide my words and open his heart so that he and I can talk about this problem and work together to overcome it. Transform his life by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Amen.
Almighty God, You said that a prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well. God, I am praying to You in faith. I trust in You and am confident in Your power to heal my husband from the disease of addiction. I know that You will restore him to health and cure him of his unhealthy desires. I firmly believe that You will answer my prayer and raise him up out of his sickness. I have seen the glory of Your power, and know You will do it again. In Jesus' holy name, I pray. Amen.
Dear God,
You are so powerful! Your love is transforming! Thank You for not letting my marriage be destroyed by the enemy. You have given us the strength to hold on despite hardships. It can be difficult for us wives to continue to persevere when our husbands fall back into temptation. Please help us to be strong, to be patient, and to be enduring. Show us how to help our husbands as they strive to overcome addictions. We claim freedom in their lives. We claim Your power Lord to restore them and help them never to return to their old ways. We intercede on their behalf and we plead that these addictions will cease. Protect our marriage and guide us in Jesus name AMEN!
Lord, you as our creator, we trust in your name so we call for your help day and night. I have so many fears day and night, deep in my soul I cry every second of my life because of lost my son due to his extreme drug addiction for many years.I pity him
a lot. If i could only embrace and tell him how much I really love and care for him as a mother,yet now he wouln't understand it.
Lord,you know how I feel every moment I think of my son.I didn't realise that the world can be so cruel to me as he choses drugs more than anything else in this world.I have always tried to mold him to become good boy
yet things turned differently as I imagined.I hurts a lot to see my son being sick physically and mentally.
I will never stop begging for your help and for those parents who are suffering the same problem as I have.Abide us in those hard moments.Amen.
Lord I need you my family needs you. My husband is struggling and can't beat his drug addiction only you can help break his bondage. Please break the bondage all the evil people have on him please let them get out of his life so he can be the husband and father you want him to be.
Please go to him and show him the right way. We are hurting and need your help. Please help. He left and didn't contact me until yesterday after a month. We need you please forgive my sins and I thank you for going and taking my husband and family in your hands in your protection. In Jesus name amen.
I come to You Lord in the name of Jesus, to lift up my husband in prayer, knowing that he is getting increasingly reliant on drugs. They started in an attempt to help him through a difficult patch, but Lord, I know that he is now almost addicted to them
and it is having a bad effect on his health and personality.
Lord, please release my husband from this reliance on drugs and in the name of Jesus, I stand against all the evil influences that these drugs are having on him, and ask that Your grace and protection would surround
him.
Into Your hands I release my husband, and ask that You would give us both the strength and wisdom to know what to do, so that the bad effects that the drugs he is taking can be reduced or if possible removed. Lord I
know that You are able to deliver him for his reliance on drugs. Help my unbelief I pray, as You did that man in the Bible so many years ago. I ask this in Jesus' name,
