Prayer For Deliverance From Strongholds
Heavenly Father, I know that the Bible says that we do not wrestle against the powers from the earthly sphere, but against satanic forces in the heavenly and spiritual realms, against principalities, powers and other strong forces of evil, whose chief aim is to kill, steal, destroy and shipwreck the lives of all your children.
Lord, help me I pray, to resist the devil, knowing that the Holy Spirit Who is living within me is greater than all the combined forces in the satanic realm. Help me I pray, to utilise every piece of the heavenly armour day by day, and to clothe myself in Christ, knowing that in Him is my protection and my sufficiency to resist all the powers that are coming against me and those I love.
Identify in me any lusts or habits that have become a stronghold and which are adversely taking control of my life. Give me the grace to admit my faults and turn from everything and anything that in any way is dragging me into a slavery to sin. Break I pray all strongholds in my life, knowing that it is only by the cleansing blood of Christ, that I can gain victory over the world and the flesh and any strongholds that have enslaved me.
Lord, I surrender my life to You and pray that from this day forward, You would lead and guide me into all truth. Thank You that in You is freedom from slavery to sin and spiritual release from the power of sin, Satan and strongholds in my life. In Jesus' name I pray,

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the precious name of Jesus my Saviour, whose shed blood is all-sufficient and able to free me from the powers and strongholds that have enslaved me. In the name of Jesus, I ask that You would break the power of sin in my life and the enslavement to all and any developed strongholds in me. Thwart the evil plans and purposes that the enemy has toward me, knowing that You are stronger and that Your plan for my life is perfect freedom in Christ.
Lord, I am sorry that I have given Satan a foothold in my life and repent of the way I have allowed him to gain control of my life. Break his power in me I pray and fill me to overflowing with Your Holy Spirit. In my distress I call on the name of the Lord Jesus and stand fast on the promises that nothing can separate me from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus my Lord. Break I pray, every stronghold in me, and may I live to Your praise and glory from this day forward for ever more. In Jesus' name I pray,

Heavenly Father, I thank You for the power that You have invested in me. I pray that You will strengthen me daily that I will use the authority that You have given me to overcome the power of the enemy. Father allow me to trample on the head of the enemy so that every stronghold in my life shall be broken and no harm shall come to me in the Name of Jesus, Amen.
Dear God, I thank You that You have overcome this world and victory belongs to You. Thank You that I am a child of the King and victory also belongs to me. I come against the plan of the enemy for my life in the Name of Jesus. I know that the plans that You have for me are thoughts of peace and not evil. Therefore, I declare and decree that these strongholds in my life will not prosper, Amen.
Almighty one, I thank You that You are my protector and my deliverer. I plead the blood of Jesus upon my life and I pray that every stronghold shall be broken and I shall be delivered in the Name of Jesus. I declare and decree that no weapon formed against me shall ever prosper in the Name of Jesus because greater is he that is in me than he who is in the world, Amen.
Lord, You are slow to anger and abounding in love. In the places in my heart where anger resides, grace me to become aware of them, to repent of the ways I have clung to anger, and grow Your love and patience there instead.
Lord I engage the weapons of the Spirit this moment and I cast down every arguments, thoughts and imaginations that gained entrance into my life as a result of past experiences, fears, family patterns, environmental beliefs and the opinions of others and I bring down captive into the obedience of Christ in Jesus name.
Heavenly father you said in your word that anything that has not been planted by you in my life shall be rooted out, I therefore acknowledge that there are thought patterns, mindsets, strongholds in my life that were planted by the devil, I ask that you roots them out completely from my mind in Jesus name.
