Prayer For Cousin
Dear God,
For my best friends, my partners in crime, my sisters, my maids of honor, my kids' God mothers, my cousins:
I pray that you give us hearts that always seek to accommodate each other.
That you give us shoulders to bear each other's tears.
That you give us the determination we require to stay a substantial part of each other's lives.
That you give us the courage to stay true to and speak truthfully of one another.
That you provide us with the wisdom to speak the words to one another that we need to hear.
That you give us hearts that don't settle for less than they deserve and that you give us the strength to remind each other what that is.
That you give us minds to understand each other.
That you give us arms to comfort one another.
That you give us eyes to see one another like you see us.
That you give us ears to hear the words that we don't always have the ability to speak to one another.
That you give us lips that speak honestly and kindly to each other.
That you give us the patience to love each other at our worst.
That you give us feet to walk down difficult paths as one.
That you give us hands to touch each other's hearts on a regular basis.
That you give us the respect for one another that you display towards others.
That you give us humble hearts that take into account each other's intangible qualities.
Through life and into death,
Through light and dark,
From young to old age,
From beginning to end,
Grant us the ability to be connected at heart.
Dear God,
I pray that my dear friend will fully and completely, accept the divine idea of radiant health in body and mind. Not as hopeful thinking, but as reality that will continue for the rest of life. Regenerate. Reinvigorate. Renew.

O Lord, my friend is so special,
They mean so much to me.
We've walked together for so long,
No closer could we be.
O Lord, please give them healing,
Restore them day by day.
Renew their hope and dry their tears,
Answer them when they pray.
O Lord, you are our Saviour,
Our strength when we are weak.
Your light is hope within our hearts,
When the day is bleak.
O Lord, I put my faith in you,
I trust you'll heal my friend.
May they know our love and care,
On us they can depend.

I offer prayers for my friend who is ill. Bless her with healing. Change her circumstances. Cause wholeness and wellness to come in abundance. I, who have a healthy spirit, pray that I may share the vibrancy of my soul, as I share my heart in prayer.

Lord, hear our heartfelt prayer for the healing of our Christian brother/sister.
We pray for your mercy, Your compassion, Your grace and Your love, in making him whole and well again.
Make the work of those treating and helping him full of Your perfection, and grant him a quick and complete recovery.
Lead and guide those around him to provide what he needs: encouragement, assistance and support.
Lord, we pray that you will wrap Your loving arms around him, giving him comfort, strength and peace, drawing him ever closer to You,
as you lead him through this trying time. In Jesus' name we pray;

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal nlanier's cousin. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into nlanier's cousin's body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed. Amen.
Almighty and Eternal God,

that being restored to bodily health,
