Prayer For Closing On A House
Thank you, Lord, for your presence with us this day. As we depart from this space now, we ask you to bless us throughout the remainder of the day and guide us safely home. Do not let the learning and conversations of this gathering die, but, instead, may they continue to ruminate within us and bear fruit in our ministries throughout the year, until we find ourselves together again. We ask this in the name of Jesus, and in the power of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
O Holy Saint Anthony, gentlest of Saints and Wonder-Worker, your love for God and charity for His creatures made you worthy when on earth to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to prayer for Miss_Val to close on her house deal. O gentle and loving Saint Anthony, of whose heart was ever full of sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Dear Lord, We long for a home that will become a shelter for refreshment and peace. We hope for a dwelling that blesses our family, welcomes our friends and neighbours in need. We search for a building that gives us new space, that provides adventure and change. We trust that you'll guide us and lead us to find the right place for this new chapter in our lives. In the glorious name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
Please, Lord, my daughter is a hard-working, honest and beautiful woman who has been saving, looking, saving some more for a condominium. Yesterday she saw the perfect one, safe, clean and in her price zone. I pray that her bid will be accepted. Jesus, Lord, please hear her mother's prayer. Amen

Please intercede for our growing family, we believe we found the home we could grow in and spend wonderful years in however the appraisal came in very very low compare to the contract price and we as the buyers have done everything we can to have the appraisal reviewed and amended to no avail. Appraisal company did not change anything and now we are presenting it to the sellers. We are hoping that they will be willing to work with us and help us to close on the house.
We're asking for help to remove all the roadblocks and hindrances from us getting and living in the new home.
