Prayer For Children's Church
Dear Lord Jesus. Thank you so much for all the precious children in this world. We know they mean so much to you. We pray you would help us do all we can to protect and give them the start in life they deserve. Lord we bring to you all of the wonderful work being done to release children from poverty, and we pray that you would bless every pair of hands that works for you. Increase and bless their efforts in Jesus name, Amen.
Oh Lord, I pray that children will not only honor their mother and father, but I pray also that they will hear the instructions given and will not forget the teachings within the children's ministry. I pray that the curriculum is determined by You so that the things learned can be graceful garlands for their heads and pendants for their necks. I pray that they remain in their minds and in their hearts. Thank You Lord, Amen.
Righteous God, I pray against those who despise children for being children. I pray that they understand that their age is a blessing and that they are significant and special in Your eyes. I pray for every children's ministry leader, that they will respond to those who hate children by example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. Children are never too young to be reflections of You because You are within them, Amen
Eternal One, I pray that Your Words remain impressed on my heart and on my soul. I pray that Your Words are tied as a sign and my hand and as a band on my forehead as a reminder. I pray that the things Your Word has shown and taught me, are the things that are shown and taught to Your children. I pray that in all that I do, whether this be sitting, walking, lying down or getting up, I reflect Your Words to every child, Amen.
Heavenly Father, Your scripture tells me that foolishness or lack of good sense or insight is bound up in the heart of a child. As a children's ministry leader, help me to correctly discipline them because the rod discipline drives it far from them. Lord please equip me with tools like discipline, correction and guidance so that they can be used to develop every child in my care. I pray that their spiritual, emotional and physical growth is never stagnant, this I pray, Amen.
Dear Savior, thank You for these children! I give you praise because children are a heritage of You. They are the fruit of the womb and a reward, like arrows in the hand of a warrior. I thank You for blessing every children's ministry leader with them! I pray that they will never forget that these children are special in Your eyes; let every children's ministry leader see them as Your heritage, Amen.
Holy God, I pray that You reveal to me the hearts of Your children so that I do not provoke them to anger but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of You. Oh Lord, I do not know them, but You know them better than they know themselves, I pray that You help me to see them as You do. I pray that all I do for them is done with a loving heart, Amen.
Dear God, help every children's ministry leader to train up a child in the way they should go so that even when they are old, they will not depart from it. Father God I ask right now that Your Holy Spirit will guide them in all that they do in children's ministry. I pray that the things that You want instilled in the hearts of Your children are the things that they show them, this I pray, Amen.
