Prayer For Career
Loving Divine Father,
Please pour out your divine grace and mercies upon me.
You and your ways are perfect. Hence I approach You to show me what the best and most suitable career is for me. Let Your perfect will be done in the choice of my career.
O Lord, please teach me the most appropriate way of discharging my day to day duties successfully and honestly.
I request you to provide me with appropriate wisdom and understanding so that I can carry out my responsibilities in best possible manner and to the satisfaction of all. Please bless me and impart creativity into my daily work.
Merciful God, kindly protect me from all temptations and take control of all my financial needs applicable to my career. Let my honest earnings be according to the riches of Your glory.
Please put Your righteous hand upon me, O Lord. For all my achievements and success in career, I ascribe all glory and honor to You alone.

Lord God,
I surrender myself to you today and ask that the Holy Spirit would equip me and renew my spirit to perform my job to the best of my ability.
Lord, please help me to be focused today, use my hands, my voice, and my service to glorify you through my job today and always. I pray these things in Christ's most holy name Amen.
Lord, I give you all the glory for answering my prayers. You have given me exceedingly more than I ever asked you as you have promised in Ephesians 3:20.
I thank you for blessing me with a new career that I love. It is a dream come true for me and I look forward to my first day.
Help me do my job with all diligence and to complete my tasks with excellence.
Fill me with your wisdom to succeed in every project my boss assigns me. Always remind me I work for you before I report to my boss.
I pray for the grace to get along with my new colleagues and to maintain peace and harmony in our relations.
Give us a spirit of love and understanding that we may support each other in the office. May I always put you first in my career knowing it's a blessing from you.

You have said that if I commit everything I do to you, you will establish my plans (Proverbs 16:3). I commit my career search to you; bless my plans.
Guide my steps as I look for the ideal career and lead me to great opportunities that match my gifts and skill set.
Increase my discernment so I will know which job offer to take and which one to leave. Keep me away from employment scams.
May your Holy Spirit lead me in the right direction and make my career search efforts fruitful.
Give me divine connections with those who can help me secure a good job.
When I get the right opportunity, please confirm it to me. I thank you for the job you will give me.

Dear God,
You know my needs. You know my desire for a job, for work I enjoy doing, for the next step in my career to present itself. I pray that you would guide me as I continue on this job hunting journey. May I focus first on your will for my life, putting your desires and your plan above my own wishes and wants. Open doors to new opportunities that you desire for me, and equip me with the skills, knowledge, and wisdom I need to take steps forward in this process. As I craft my resume, write cover letters, submit my applications, connect with new companies and potential employers, and go on interviews, give me the words to speak and the courage to share who I am and what I can do. Give me confidence that can only come from you, and give me humility too. I trust you, Lord-- my life is in your hands. Your will be done. Thank you for being near to me every step of the way and thank you for always providing for my every need. May this all be for your glory.

Dearest father,
I come to thee humbly asking you to guide me in finding not just a job, but a career that inspires and highlights all my passions and skills. Guide and bless my words and actions as I face my potential employers during my job interviews. Lastly, grant me thy favor of gaining employment in the company that you have in store for me according to your divine plan.
I apologize for all the missed opportunities, for all the jobs that I freely let go off just because I always thought that I was too good for it. I'm sorry that I always had something to complain about.
I will trust your will even more Lord Jesus and know that you will always offer me the best there is and I will continually work harder and dedicate all my triumphs and failures to your most holy plan.
Please bless me with a solid career Lord. It is you above all else, who knows how much I have struggled to graduate College. I will love to used all the skills and talents you have blessed me with and I have acquired to do great work in the career path you will give. Only you know our financial needs. I do not ask for much, only for a career to help me grow more in my field and support the financial needs of my family. Help me find my career path in this world and bless me with an employment soon.
