Prayer For Career And Finances
Dear Lord,
I come to you with open arms asking that you bless me with the job I have applied for, or the ones that have turn me down, before I have had the chance to prove myself.
I am working temp and I appreciate this but with no benefits I am about to go through some changes in my live that I thought would never happen and some days I don't know which way to turn.
But I know you will supply my every need if I just ask I am asking you now Lord
for my partner to come back home, and do the right thing by the family and if not Lord
help me to have the strength to go on an provide for our family financially and spiritually
In your name I pray AMEN
Father, I pray for a second chance in my career. Please have mercy on me and restore me to financial comfort. Years ago, I was on the path to becoming successful but the opportunity slipped through my fingers and for years now, I have been unable to get back on track. I am unemployed right now. I am very unhappy, frustrated and ashamed of my life.
Please, Lord, have mercy on me and help me to find a a decent job that I will enjoy and that will pay me enough to support myself and build a meaningful career. Thank you, Lord.
Dear God,
You know my needs. You know my desire for a job, for work I enjoy doing, for the next step in my career to present itself. I pray that you would guide me as I continue on this job hunting journey. May I focus first on your will for my life, putting your desires and your plan above my own wishes and wants. Open doors to new opportunities that you desire for me, and equip me with the skills, knowledge, and wisdom I need to take steps forward in this process. As I craft my resume, write cover letters, submit my applications, connect with new companies and potential employers, and go on interviews, give me the words to speak and the courage to share who I am and what I can do. Give me confidence that can only come from you, and give me humility too. I trust you, Lord-- my life is in your hands. Your will be done. Thank you for being near to me every step of the way and thank you for always providing for my every need. May this all be for your glory.

Holy Father, please keep a hedge of protection around me and my family. Father please continue to open doors of employment that no man can close and close doors that are not consistent with Your perfect will for my life. I trust in Your ability to select the best path for my life because You know me better than anyone else. Father, protect the home and property that you've allowed me to steward. Keep my heart always consumed with you and not worldly possessions. As You continue to bless me, I will continue to be a blessing to others no matter what season I go through just as Job trusted you with all he had, I too say Though He may slay me, yet will I trust Him.
You are not a God of lack, who lives in poverty in need of anything from anyone. God everything is Yours. All resources belong to You to distribute as You wish. Father, in my heart I know that You have my best interest at hand. Help me to walk in step with The Holy Spirit as I wait for this season to shift. Father, I will not worry while I wait. I repeat, I will not work while I wait. I will instead enjoy the spiritual art of contentment with a thankful heart, trusting in a Heavenly Father who provides for His children out of His abundance riches. Thank You Father for Your generosity and making sure I'm well taken care of. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Lord, help my unbelief and doubt. Teach me to remember Your exceedingly great works, Your benevolence, and the benefits that You've brought into my life. Father remind me to lean not on my understanding or that which is in front of me, but fully trust in Your Sovereign hand. God in this season as I wait patiently on Your financial provision, I trust that You are faithful and will do it. Thank you for building my faith and teaching me more of Your ways during this time. I love you.
Righteous Father, Your very name speaks to Your supernatural ability to provide and destroy seasons of lack. Father I trust You. God, I surrender my financial situation to You and leave it at Your feet. Over and over in Scriptures it is evident that You hear and answer the petition of Your saints. King David wrote that he has never seen the righteous forsaken or his seed begging for bread. I stand on this promise Heavenly Father and trust wholeheartedly in Your ability to provide. Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you with a heart full of thanksgiving recognizing that every good gift and every perfect present comes from You. Lord, I thank You for all that You've done and all that You're going to do. Father, I ask that You place Your hand on my finances. Father, Your word says that You have given us the ability to generate wealth. Therefore, Lord I trust in Your ability to prosper me in this time. Father grab hold of my life and teach me to prosper in this season. Holy Spirit bless the fruit of my hands, heart, and mind that I will be able to find opportunities to prosper in this season.
