Prayer For Calamities In Philippines
Lord, please be with the rescue workers and keep them safe as they make heroic efforts in dangerous situations to rescue those in trouble.
Lord, please be with everyone waiting to be rescued, keep them safe, and bring help to them soon.
God, bless each and every person affected by this storm and surround them with Your love, protection, and angels.
Let them know there are millions of us out here praying for them and their loved ones.
We give You all the praise and glory forever, Lord, and know that even in the darkest hours, You are always with us.
Father, we pray for the victims of the typhoons in the Philippines that you give them comfort in their dealings with their losses and provide them with all their needs. Provide them food, shelter and all their necessities. Give them healing and take away their fears. Give them the courage to face their losses and give them strength to care for their injured loved ones. Heal the hearts of those who lost their loved ones.
Father, we intercede on behalf of everyone affected by these storms. Bless, keep, protect, and comfort each and every one of them. Father, meet every need, and I pray for the safety of every missing person.
Let every grieving family know of your love in a special way. Bind the hand and voice of the enemy so they can hear you clearly.
Help and strengthen every person helping in the search, support, treatment, and cleanup effort.

Our Lord Christ, Jesus, the Bible says in the book of Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Today, we know that you are in the midst of us as we pray together to bring relief to those who suffer the most from these natural disasters.
Lord Jesus, we pray that you pray to the Father to send the Holy Spirit to comfort those that are suffering from these natural disasters and it shall come to pass as it says in the Holy Scriptures: John 14:16-17, [16] And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; [17] Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Dear Lord,
Thank you that You are sovereign over all creation. You know when lightning will strike, when floodwaters will rise, and when volcanoes will erupt. You are able to still the wind and the waves; they obey your command. But because our earth is fallen and flawed, and for reasons we do not always understand, natural disasters are allowed to happen - disasters that sometimes cause injury and devastation. Your Word tells us that no matter what our circumstances are we can take both big and small things to You in prayer and that You will hear us. Lord, we thank You that no one has been killed from the volcanic eruption in the Philippines and we pray it stays that way. Please keep those in the Philippines safe during this time of uncertainty.
Thank you for the rescue of the 6,000 villagers who lived on the lake surrounding the volcano; thank you for the safe evacuation of 300,000 people from the danger zone surrounding Manila and the volcano known as Taal. We pray that You might ease anxiety from the people who just transported their lives not knowing when they'll be able to go back home or return to work. We pray for the government of the Philippines that they might seek wise counsel and come together to form a plan to help those who have been displaced. Thank You that they are acting quickly to prevent the least amount of damage possible.
We pray that communities big and small in the Philippines would come together to care for one another and help wherever it is needed. We pray for those traveling that they would be able to get home, and we pray that transportation would be able to continue in a safe way. May glory be given to You in the Philippines despite what is happening, may they seek You for peace and comfort and wisdom every day. May Your name be shared among the communities there, may those looking for answers and reassurance find it in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
God, we also pray that this volcanic eruption would cease quickly so that people would be able to return to their homes and jobs. You are able to work all things together for Your glory Lord, may Your will be done. In the name of Your precious Son, Jesus, Amen.
Lord you have known the misery of our people upon devastation of past floodings and other calamities here in Iligan City and the whole Philippines,Lord I ask you to keep us safe as another earthquake struck our country yesterday ,protect us from any form of pain and suffering especially for those affected areas.Spare us from any untoward accidents and catastrophe,all this I pray in Jesus name and the intercession of our blessed Mother Mary,Amen!
Almighty Father,
We raise our hearts to You in gratitude, for the wonders of creation of which we are part, for Your providence in sustaining us in our needs, and for Your wisdom that guides the course of the universe.
We acknowledge our sins against You and the rest of Your creation. We have not been good stewards of nature. We have confused Your command to subdue the earth. The environment is made to suffer our wrongdoing, and now we reap the harvest of our abuse and indifference.
Global warning is upon us. Typhoons, floods, volcanic eruption, and other natural calamities occur in the increasing number and intensity.
We turn to you, our loving Father, and beg forgiveness for our sins.
We ask that we, our loved ones and our hard earned possessions be spared from the threat of calamities, natural and man-made.
We beseech You to inspire us all to grow into responsible stewards of Your creation, and generous neighbors to those in need. Amen
Lord, in this time of great need we plead for your mercy for those who suffer the effects of Typhoon Haiyan. Today, many people are afraid, fearing for their lives, fearing their loved ones are among the dead and fearing for their future safety. Those who are injured and ill cry for relief. Comfort them and give them hope. Console their hearts and ease their pain.
Lord, help us to help them, to know what to do and to have the compassion, fortitude and creativity to do it. Move us to respond now to the urgent needs that cannot wait. Steady us to be there in the future as the victims of this disaster rebuild. Give us the grace of generosityin our prayers and our contributions.
We are all brothers and sisters: we are the work of your hands. Receive the dead into your love. Comfort the survivors with the power and protection of your peace. May we love as you love, and may we all find peace in this tumultuous world. Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

O Heavenly Father, we worship and bow down before you. Your word says you will draw near to us when we draw ourselves near to you (James 4:8). We humbly approach your throne believing in the power of prayers. Cleanse us from all our unrighteousness and we beg you to hear our prayers.
O Almighty God, we plead for your mercy in this time of crisis. Display your power and deliver us from further devastation. You rule over all creation. You can calm the storm and still the waves at your command. We pray that volcanic eruptions, flood, typhoon, earthquakes, tsunamis, mudslides, and wildfires around the world be stopped or minimized. Our sustenance comes only from you, O Lord.
We beg that you keep us all safe under your loving and watchful eyes. Pour yourself out upon us so we may open our hearts and pursue you until the end of our lives. All these we ask, in the name of your most precious son, Jesus, Amen.
