Prayer For Bedtime
Jesus, thank you for showing me how much you love me today. You have used friends, family and colleagues to show me what love is all about. I am so grateful dear Lord. I am sorry for complaining too much. May the meditations of my heart be pleasing to you tonight. God, send your army of angels to protect us tonight as we sleep. Destroy any plans that the devil has against us tonight and help us to sleep peacefully without any form of fear in Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
Precious Father, I come before you tonight to ask you for forgiveness. There are so many things that I have done today that I am not proud of. Please forgive me, Lord, teach me your ways and hide your word in my heart that I may not sin against you when I wake up tomorrow. Deal with my heart tonight and help me to be light in a world that is full of darkness. Remove guilt from my heart and help me to sleep knowing that I am forgiven and restored, in Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.
Lord, bless my family and me this night with quality sleep. May we wake up tomorrow when we are fresh and rejuvenated. Bless our home and neighborhood and keep as safe. Cover us with your wings of love tonight and when we wake up tomorrow helps us to do so with joyful smiles. May all the glory come back to you Father, in Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
Father, there are so many things I have done or said today that are contrary to your will, forgive me. If I have opened any door for the enemy in my life because of sin, Lord, shut them. Cleanse me with the blood of your dear Son and help me to walk in your ways. Jesus, protect me from the terror by night and the pestilence that walks in darkness. I go to sleep knowing that no evil shall befall us this night nor shall any plague come near my dwelling. Thank you for answering my prayers, Amen.
Heavenly Father, I want to thank you for the many blessings that you have given me today. Thank you for your love and protection. Thank you for watching over my family and me throughout the day. Lord, I ask you to watch over us throughout the night too. Keep us safe from any evil that the enemy has planned against us this night. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.

Restore us as we sleep
You care for us as we drift off
And make our dreaming sweet.
You are the safest place
You are the God of Grace
Forgiven, loved and held by you

You know our thoughts and feelings
You see our deep desires

Father,
Thank you for holding me together today. I needed you, and you were there for me. Thank you for every bit of love, mercy, and grace that was shown to me though I did not deserve it. Thank you for your faithfulness even in my suffering. To you alone be the glory.
Amen.
Loving Father, thank You for being with me throughout today and for Your hand of blessing on my life. Thank You, for the way that You have led and guided me throughout this day, and I pray Your loving grace would rest on all that I have done may it be to Your praise and glory.
Loving Lord, You are my strength and my sufficiency and I pray that as I settle down for the night, that You would enable me to drift into a deep and quiet sleep and a peaceful rest. Remove any little tensions that may have built up over the day, so that I may wake refreshed in the morning and ready and willing to do Your bidding.
Guard my unconscious thoughts Lord, and cover me with Your love. Draw me ever closer into Your loving arms. In Jesus' name,
