Prayer For Baby Shower
Heavenly Father,
We give you praise for you are the Creator of this new little life.
We lift this tiny one up to you for protection. We ask for a heavenly covering over this baby so that no harm can come to him or her. We ask that you would supernaturally make right anything that needs healing in this little body before the delivery. We also ask for an easy and safe delivery.
We give you praise for this pregnancy and rejoice in your steadfast love.

Heavenly Father,
You are the author of joy. We praise you for the joy you are bringing into our life.
Lord, we give thanks for your gift of a newborn child.
We delight in this baby who is soon to arrive.
We welcome this child with love and excitement.
May this child always feel our love.
In Jesus' Name we pray,

Protect this little bump we pray,
With love and peace throughout each day.
Bless this mum and dad with joy,
'Till they meet their girl or boy.
Heavenly Father,
Come and cover this emerging family with your love.
Quiet their minds with everlasting hope.
Sing over this little unborn child with songs of joy.
Carry this excited mum as she looks forwards to the birth of her baby.
Fill this home with happiness and joy.
Protect each of them.
You are Lord of their lives,
You are creator of heaven and earth,
You are a loving Father to us all.

Hallelujah to Your Name Lord! Every good and perfect gift is from above. Father we thank You for this gift of life that has come from You. Thank You for this gift that is both good and perfect. We also thank You for this gifts that have been shared by loved ones and families on this baby shower day. I pray for blessings today and for Your divine protection over the life of this child for the rest of his/her days. Let Your goodness and mercies follow him/her always. Be with this child forever and always, Amen.
Author of Life, how awesome is Your power! Before we were formed in the womb, You knew us and before we were born we were set apart. Lord, this child was known by You before they were even conceived and they have already been set apart by You! So Lord during this baby shower, we give You thanks for this expectant child; we ask that this day will be a day where we remember your love, the support offered by others as well as Your great blessings, Amen.
Heavenly Father, thank You for this baby shower gathering. Your Word says that You can fill us with joy and peace as we trust in You. Lord we know that This child who is due to arrive any time soon is just the beginning of the joy and peace that Your Word promises us! So Lord during this baby shower gathering, we pray for all those who give gifts as a token of their love. Lord help every expectant mother to love You more and more each day as they wait for the birth of their child. The glory and honor belongs to You, Amen.
Lord thank You for hearing my prayers! I prayed for this child and You granted me what I asked of You. I pray that I always see this child as a fulfillment of Your promise to me and an example of Your greatness. I thank You for this new life within me and as we gather for this baby shower, I pray that You will bless everyone who will attend. Lord I take not for granted your blessings, but I cannot explain the honor I feel to have been granted with such responsibility, Amen.
