Prayer For Babies In Nicu
Dear God, my parents, are heartbroken and sad,
and they have prayed to you with all their heart please grant their heart desire.
This time is confusing, unlike how they pictured it would be, But I want them to know that you take care of me.
They think I am so lonely when they are away,
and if I could tell them, I would say I know this is hard, and I know God understands and He is with me.
And God, while I am in this temporary N.I.C.U. home,
I just want them to know I have never been alone.
God bless the little child behind the plastic wall (incubator) For all he knows is the ringing of the bells and the blurred images around him. He has been taken from my womb without warning and I long to hold him in my arms.
Lord, I ask in your name that my child be healed.
I am willing to accept your decision no matter what
I am willing to take on the responsibilities
for caring for this child. I am willing to give this
child love and understanding no matter the cost.
God give my child the strength to make it through another second, minute, hour and day as each moment is a blessing and a triumph from heaven.
God, may you give the strength and compassion
to the caregivers and nurses that take care of my child, May you keep my child protected and free from all injury and pain.
Sweet Jesus give me the strength and understanding I need to communicate with the Doctors and Nurses.
Dear God, Remember your little ones that you have known before they were even in their mama's womb.
They have come early to this place and we welcome them with open arms. But God because they are here so early they suffer physical problems that only you can help them with.
Place your hand over each one and help these little angels be as healthy as can be so that they may lead wonderful normal lives and bring bsck the smile to their parents faces. These little premees are the closest creatures to heaven the earth has.
God Bless them and help their afflictions to be minimal. May theywitness your blessings through Christ our lord by which everything is possible.

Gracious Father, thank you for our baby that has finally arrived in the world. Lord, we know this was not the best way for our child to come, but everything works together for our good. I choose to thank you, even though I am fearful. Spring of living water, let my baby find fullness in you. Let the resurrection power that raised Jesus from the dead rest upon this infant that it may become stronger and healthier. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Almighty God, thank you for giving the doctors wisdom to save my baby's life. I praise you for protecting her from premature death. As she fights for her life in the incubator, fill her with strength in her inner being that she may mature fully. Lord fill nurses and doctors that are taking care of her with the strength to take good care of our baby and all other preemies. I pray for mothers that are going through the same ordeal all over the world. Father, give them divine strength. Help them to accept what has happened and to continue fighting for the fruits of their wombs through prayer. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Dear God, I am filled with fear and anguish. My baby came prematurely, and the doctors are saying that it will not survive. But that is not what you promised us in your word. You knew this child before it was formed in my womb. All the days ordained for my baby are written in your book. Father, it is not over for my baby until you say so. I put my trust in you alone. Lord, cover my baby with your protective arms. Shield this child from sickness and any other kinds of attacks. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Father God, your word says that you have good plans for us, plans to prosper as a not to fail us. I stand firm on these words, and I declare and decree that's my baby, who has been born prematurely, will grow according to the plans that you have for him. I refute every tongue that rises against him in the form of bad medical reports and discouragement from friends and relatives. Lord, my child, will live and declare your glorious work. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Lord, I thank you for these fantastic caregivers that are working round-the-clock to ensure our baby is safe and healthy. Thank you for the technology that you have granted us to help secure the lives of babies that are born prematurely. I also want to thank you for giving us the strength to fight in faith and not out of fear. Lord, even with the caregivers doing exceptional work, we know it is your mighty hand that will help our baby to mature and be healthy. Uphold our baby with your righteous right hand and fight on our behalf. Let what the enemy intended for bad be our testimony and let your name be glorified through this child. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray, Amen.
