Scripture Reading

Philippians 4:5

Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand.
Reflection
"The Lord is at hand" — the Greek could mean "near in time" or "near in presence." Either way, the result is the same: a reason not to be frantic or grasping. When we genuinely believe that God is close, our whole demeanor changes. The urgency that drives harshness gives way to the gentleness of those who know they are not alone.
Prayer for Today
Lord, please help me in this dark hour of my life. I'm having a hard time paying the bills and paying too keep a roof over our heads. I'm so far behind and i can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. I often think my family would be better off without
me. I have hit rock bottom.

Please help me find a way to pay these bills and get caught up don't know how much longer i can live like this. The stress becoming unbearable. Please give me an opportunity to earn enough money to get my head above water. I'm willing to work for it.
Thank you for the blessings you have provided me.

I pray you will help me in my time of need.

Amen.
