Prayer For Trust
Jesus, my Savior, You came down to earth to save me and told me to have faith in You. You said that with faith I can even say to the mountain, Go, throw yourself into the sea, and it will be done. My mind knows that if I believe, trust and have faith in You, I will receive whatever I ask for in Your holy name. I believe in You, Jesus. I believe that You are Lord. You are the God Most High. You are the Creator of Heaven and Earth. Erase my doubt, Jesus. Take it all away. Help my unbelief. I deliver myself into Your righteous hands. Amen.
Father, Miracle-Worker, I put my trust and my faith in You because I know that nothing is impossible with You. Just as You told Sarah about the coming birth of Isaac, I know You will make a way when there is no way. You raised Lazarus from the dead. You made the dry bones have flesh again and then made breath enter them. Father, You look out for Your people, and for that, I praise You. You are the same God today as You were then. I believe in the power of Your hand. I believe in Your intervention. My mind has silenced the critics. I cannot hear the non-believers. All I hear is You, my Father. What harm can come to me when I walk with You? Amen.
Loving Lord, You are my confidence and my blessed assurance. You are the Rock of my salvation and the strength of my life. My hope rests in You for You are my faithful Shepherd and the Song that rejoices my heart.
Thank You, that Your promises are sure and that your grace is sufficient for all my needs.
Thank You, that Your mercies are new every morning, for You are a faithful God.
Thank You, that You are my heavenly Father Who loves me and cares for me.
Thank You that You are my precious Saviour Who died for me and gave me new life.
Thank You that You are my holy Comforter who gently leads me in the path of righteousness and guides me into all truth.
Loving Lord, I lay my life before You for I trust in You completely. I pray that You would continue to keep and to care, to guard and to guide, to support and to strengthen in every avenue of my life, for my trust is in You, my God and my Saviour.
Dear Lord Jesus, I love You Lord, and I desire that my trust remain in You alone. I want to trust You in every area of my life, and I pray that my trust in You permeates into every part of my being. Lord, I want to trust you in all things so that nothing touches my life that does not have You right there with me.
Lord, help me to trust You for all that I need, my daily needs and my spiritual needs. I want to rely on You and You alone, and not put my trust in my own frail and foolish abilities, for without You I can do nothing, but I can do all things through Christ Who gives me the strength. May nothing in heaven or earth or under the earth usurp Your central position in my life, I pray.
Lord, I want to trust You in every situation and every season of my life, for You have promised to take all things, whether good or evil, and use them together for good, not only for my good and the good of others, but also so that Your name may be glorified through it.
Lord Jesus, I love and I trust You and my hope is founded on You alone. You are my God and Saviour, praise Your holy name.
Lord, You are the God of peace and love in Whom I place my trust. Give me a peaceful heart that rests in You and a loving spirit that pours fourth Your love to others.
Lord, You are the God of comfort and rest in Whom I put my hope. Give me a heart that abides in You so that Your comfort may stream through me to others who need comfort and strength.
Lord, You are the God of hope and joy in Whom I stand secure. Give me a spirit of devotion that worships only You so that I may be a worthy witness that points to Jesus, for in Him is all peace and love and comfort and rest and hope and joy and love.
I place my trust in You, Lord.
Heavenly Father, sometimes the way ahead seems so clear, but at other times the way seems shrouded with uncertainly and the road ahead seems to be hidden in the questioning shadows.
I want to be in Your perfect will Lord, and I pray that Your will be done in every area of my life. I long to have Your assurance that this is the way to walk, but at times Your will seems to be hidden by a cloud of uncertainly and swamped by a foggy mist of unknowing.
As I step out into the future Lord, I place my trust in You. My desire is to remain in the centre of Your perfect will for my life.
Lead me Lord on the right path that is best for me I pray. You have promised to be with me wherever I go, for You know the steps that I take. My trust is in You and I want to do only that which glorifies You. In Jesus' name I pray,
The pain seems to never ending. As I sit here waiting patiently for release, I can't help but feel doubt and confusion. I want to banish these intrusive thoughts and instead be filled with your love! Help me to always trust in you. You have a plan for me and will heal this pain when the time is ready! I want to be overcome with the resilience to ward off the enemy in my time of pain. I ask for you to continue holding me as I work towards gaining undoubting trust in You.
Loving God, there are times when the burdens I carry and the disappointments that come my way seem too much to bear. Lord, my daily tasks seem to mount up with every passing week, and however much I manage to get done I never seem to do all that I ought to do. I find myself stressing out and worrying about all the things that I have left undone.
I know that this is not the way that the Christian life should be lived, and although I have heard people preach on living in a way that is pleasing to You, I never seem to manage to live that way myself. Lord, if I am honest I don't really understand how to live a life that is pleasing to You, even though I have tried so very hard.
Help me to do what the Bible says, to cast all my burdens on You and to let You be my full sufficiency. When the disappointments in my life seem to be piling up all around me, help me to trust You with all my heart and not lean on my own understanding, or rely on myself. Help me to seek You first, knowing that all the other things will be added unto me. Help me to trust You instead of trusting in myself.
Lord, You have promised to guide all Your children in all truth. Teach me Your truth of abiding in You and trusting in Your Word. I ask this in the name of Jesus,
