Prayer For Supernatural Blessings
Lord, Chain-Breaker, as I go through my day, strike down evil that crosses my path. Arm me with the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit all day long. Open my eyes so I can see temptation coming before it gets too close. Clear a path for me to escape from it. Give me the desire and the strength to run from it right away. Give me refuge in Your word. You say that I will not be tempted beyond my ability, and in this, I believe. I place my trust in You, Lord God. Amen.
Father, my Miracle-Worker, I have been so focused on things of this mortal world that I have neglected the life inside of me. Transform my mind and spirit and dig up the treasure You have planted deep within me. Change my thoughts so that I treat my body like a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in me. Guard my lips and make only Your words come from my mouth. Lead me by Your Spirit. In Jesus' name, Amen.
O God of Enduring Faithfulness, I believe in You and want to follow You in my actions every day. I want to learn from You, by studying Your word and listening to others teach it. I ask today that You open my eyes. Open my eyes to the Holy Spirit. Soften my heart as You did Pharaoh. Flow Your holy words through my mouth. Keep the devil out of my path to You, Lord. Allow me to spread the good word for You as Jesus' disciples did for Him. Make me into Your holy servant. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Sovereign and Righteous Lord, I have been struggling for some time with my life and need for Your help. I have relationship issues, financial issues, and health issues. There is so much going on and I am seeking a spiritual breakthrough so that I can take the steps to put things into place. You say that Your Holy Spirit is with us wherever we go. Be with me today. Be inside me. Direct me. I am listening. Give me the strength to go on through all these struggles. I need Your divine intervention to persevere. I need Your energy to flow through my veins. Lord, I need You now. In Jesus' name, Amen.
God of Victory, I am a lost soul. I have done so much wrong and caused so much pain. I have turned away from what You taught me and lived as I pleased. I did what I wanted, so long as it made me happy. I put my pleasure first in all things. You say I am worthy, but I feel dirty. Make me clean. Chase me down and fight for me, oh God. Find me and lay me on your shoulders, as your lost sheep. Amen.
Merciful and Forgiving Lord, I have a secret that I am too ashamed to talk about. Everyone thinks I am a Christian, but am I? My head believes in You, and I want my heart to follow, but it is just so hard for my overthinking brain to get there. There is evidence for You. There is more evidence for You than against You. So why my unbelief? Come into my heart and fill me with You. I need more of You to help my unbelief. With more of You in me, I will be able to wipe away my doubt in Your existence. Chase me down, Lord, and bring me close to You. I believe. Help my unbelief. Amen.
Way Maker, Miracle Worker, I need You now. I am weak. I do not want to give in to my urges, but it is so hard to go through the day without the escape, the release, and the euphoria. I need Your divine intervention to strengthen my resolve to stop. I need You to help me find substitutes that comfort me. Make me busy with something else to divert and occupy my mind. Turn my life around. Help me make small steps each day cutting back delayingcome into me, Lord. Fill me with Your strength. Give me the power, through You, to beat my demons. I need You, Lord. I need You. You are my Light in the Darkness. I cannot do this on my own. Amen.
Precious Holy Spirit, I plead with You, precious Holy Spirit! I need You now! I am feeling shocking and unexpected pain. I am in crisis. I am suffering greatly. I cannot see a way out. I do not know what to do. I feel stuck in darkness and hopeless. You know all this. I do not have to explain. I cannot see You but I know You are working in me. Calm my mind so I can hear You speak to me, precious Holy Spirit. Guide my thoughts so I can understand what to do next, what steps to take to alleviate my pain and put me on a new path. Show me Your will for my life. I trust Your will. I trust Your plan. Holy Spirit, show me the way. Get me out of the darkness, I cry to You! In Your name, Amen.
