Prayer For Suffering Souls
Out of the depths I call to Thee, O Lord. O Lord, listen to my cry. Be attentive to the sound of my pleading. If Thou, Lord, note all our offences, who then, O Lord, could stand? But with Thee is forgiveness, for which we revere Thee. I wait for the Lord, my soul awaits; I hope in His word. My soul waits for the Lord, more than watchmen wait for dawn. More than watchmen awaiting the dawn, let Israel hope in the Lord, for with the Lord there is mercy and generous redemption. It is He who redeems Israel from all their sins.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace! Amen.
O God, to Whom it belongs always to have mercy and to spare, be favorably propitious to the souls of Thy servants and grant them the remission of all their sins, that being delivered from the bonds of this mortal life, they may be admitted to life everlasting. Through the merits of Jesus Christ, Our Lord, and the intercession of His most Holy Mother. Amen.
O God, the Giver of pardon and the Lover of the salvation of men, we beg Thy clemency on behalf of our brethren, kinsfolk and benefactors who have departed this life, that by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary and of all the saints, Thou wouldst receive them into the joys of Thine everlasting kingdom. Through the merits of Jesus Christ, Our Lord, and the intercession of His most Holy Mother. Amen.
Eternal Father,
I offer You the most precious blood
of thy Divine Son, Jesus,
in union with the Masses said
throughout the world today,
for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory,
for sinners everywhere,
for sinners in the universal Church,
for those in my own home,
and in my family. Amen.
O Lord, who art ever merciful and bounteous with Thy gifts, look down upon the suffering souls in purgatory. Remember not their offenses and negligences, but be mindful of Thy loving mercy, which is from all eternity. Cleanse them of their sins and fulfill their ardent desires that they may be made worthy to behold Thee face to face in Thy glory. May they soon be united with Thee and hear those blessed words which will call them to their heavenly home: "Come, blessed of My Father, take possession of the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world."
Heavenly Father, in union with the merits of Jesus and Mary, I offer to You for the sake of the poor souls all the satisfactory value of my works during life, as well as all that will be done for me after death. I give You my all through the hands of the Immaculate Virgin Mary that she may set free whatever souls she pleases, according to her heavenly wisdom and mother's love for them. Recieve this offering, O God, and grant me in return an increase of Your grace. Amen.

who were negligent in performing good works;

To those of little faith,
who neglected the frequent reception of the Sacraments;

To the habitual sinners,
who owe their salvation to a miracle of grace;

To parents who failed to watch over their children;
Jesus, Mary, Joseph! My Jesus, mercy.
To superiors who were not solicitous
for the salvation of those entrusted to them;

To the souls of those who strove
for hardly anything but riches and pleasures;

To the worldly-minded,
who failed to use their wealth
and talents in the service of God;

To those who witnessed the death of others,
but would not think of their own;

To those who did not provide for the great journey beyond,
and the days of tribulation;

because of the great things entrusted to them;

before Thy judgment seat;
