Prayer For Safe Delivery Of My Baby
Sleep, my babe, lie still and slumber,
All through the night
Guardian angels God will lend thee,
All through the night
Soft and drowsy hours are creeping,
Hill and vale in slumber sleeping,
Mother dear her watch is keeping,
All through the night
God is here, you'll not be lonely,

May you always walk in sunshine.
May you never want for more.
May Irish angels rest their wings
beside your nursery door.

May God grant you a wee bit of heaven

a sweet bonny baby
to hold close to your heart.
A newborn babe
brings light to the house
warmth to the hearth
and joy to the soul
for wealth is family
and family is wealth.
Heavenly Father, I know that children are indeed a heritage from the Lord and the fruit of the womb is a reward. Lord I thank You for the life that is growing inside of me / inside of (person's name) and I pray that You will continue to watch over this child as they are woven together in the womb. Lord You are my fortress, rock and deliverer and therefore I pray for a healthy pregnancy and a safe delivery because You are my God and my strength in whom I will trust.
