Prayer For Others Salvation

We pray for those in darkness because we believe only God can lift the dark mist that covers their eyes and save them. They cannot save themselves. We pray for God to illumine their darkened and convoluted understanding so that they would believe. Amen

Heavenly Father. Thank You that You are able to open spiritually blind eyes. Forgive me for my indifference to the eternal danger to my unsaved friends and family; or my weariness of praying when there appears to be no answer. Please give me a renewed desire that Jesus Christ might be welcomed as Saviour and Lord in the hearts of those I know. Help me to be persistent in prayer and faithful in speaking the truth about Jesus. In His Name. Amen.

Father, I ask that You fill ____________________ with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. As I intercede in his/her behalf, I believe that the power of the Holy Spirit is activated and from this moment on, I will praise and thank You for ____________________'s salvation.

I am confident that You are alert and active, watching over Your WORD to perform it. It will not return to You void. It will accomplish that which You please, and prosper in the thing whereto it was sent. Therefore, my confession of faith is, God has begun a good work in ____________________'s life, and He will perform it and bring it to full completion until the day of Jesus Christ. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father, I come before You in prayer and in faith, believing. Your WORD says You desire for all men to be saved and to come into the knowledge of the truth, so I bring _____________________ before You this day.

I break the power of Satan from his assignments and activities in ___________________'s life in the Name of Jesus. Now, while Satan is bound, I ask that You send forth the perfect laborers to share the good news of the gospel in such a way that he/she will listen and understand it. As the truth is ministered, I believe ____________________ will come to his/her senses and come out of the snare of the devil and make Jesus The LORD of his/her life. Amen

Jesus, I want to prioritize prayer for others just as You did on earth. You withdrew to lonely places to pray (Mark 1:35, Luke 5:16). You were faithful in intercession and even prayed whole nights. Teach me to be faithful in prayer. Help me to remember the lost when I pray [Bring before the Lord five unsaved family members or friends]. Show them that the free gift of eternal life is in You alone (Romans 6:23, John 3:16). Help me to be Your witness and love them. Help me to show warm-hearted acts of kindness towards them. I know that love comes from You (1 John 4:7). Help me to show love towards everyone I meet. Love always hopes and believes (Pray all of 1 Corinthians 13). Help me to be active in sharing my faith (Philemon 6). I thank You that I can be Your witness everywhere I go (Acts 1:8).

Lord, I pray that You would teach me to yield myself to Your Spirit as I pray for the salvation of those who do not know you. Holy Spirit, teach me to trust You as a living person who leads my life and my prayers. I long to see Your power in my life just as the Apostle Paul did as he reached out to the lost (1 Corinthians 2:2-5). I thank You that You indwell, seal, sanctify, and empower me. You guide me, teach me, and pray through me. Help me to partner with You as I use Your Word in praying for the salvation of my family, friends, and co-workers. Make me sensitive to Your promptings and teach me to partner with You in praying Your Word over those who are searching for You.

O God, by whom we are redeemed and receive adoption,
look graciously upon your beloved sons and daughters,
that those who believe in Christ
may receive true freedom
and an everlasting inheritance.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
R. Amen.

God of might, giver of every good gift,
put into our hearts the love of your name,
so that, by deepening our sense of reverence,
you may nurture in us what is good
and, by your watchful care,
keep safe what you have nurtured.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
R. Amen.
