Prayer For Mommy To Be

O Holy Father, you are the God that can turn an impossible situation into a possible one. Father, I come to you today asking you for a complication-free pregnancy. Protect the baby and me. Let these nine months be free from any manner of complications that arise during pregnancy. No manner of sickness or disease will prosper in my body and affect this child. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.

Father God, you're the one who gives life. I want to thank you for the precious gift that you have created in my womb. Lord, as I approach the final days of this journey, I ask you to grant me a safe delivery. Remove fear from my heart and fill me with your unconditional love. As the labor pains begin, send your angels to strengthen me so that I can remain strong throughout the delivery process. I thank you for giving me and my child a perfect life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

God, thank you for giving my baby a hope and a future. No matter what her life holds both in my womb and in the world, I give you praise for her presence and purpose. Thank you for knowing her intimately, loving her deeply, and entrusting her to my care. Give me strength as I carry her. Equip my body to do this good work of preparing her little life for birth. Thank you for making this baby specifically and carefully and wonderfully. May her life be for your glory and may you be praised through this pregnancy, Jesus! Amen.

O Lord, my God, the doctors, have termed this pregnancy a high-risk pregnancy. But Father, you promised us this child. It doesn't matter what the medical report says, what matters is what you have promised. Your word says that the fruit of my womb is blessed, and I stand firm in those words. I cancel and nullify all negative words that have been spoken over this pregnancy, in the name of Jesus. We shall not die but live to declare the glorious works of God. We are covered with the blood of Jesus, Amen.

God, thank you for giving each one of us life. Thank you for knitting us together in our mother's wombs even before she knew we existed. Thank you for giving us a purpose for every beat of our hearts and every breath we take. It is in you that we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28) and we praise you for your good and beautiful works. We are not here by accident, and we thank you that this new, budding life is not an accident either. You are a gracious and generous giver of good things, Lord! This new life is in your hands, and we pray that we would be a good steward of this precious creation. In your name we pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, your word says that children are a gift from the Lord. I come to you today to thank you for giving us this beautiful gift. It is not because we are good people, but it is because you are a good father. Father, I speak a blessing over my child and I. May you surround us with favor and love as with a shield. Let every stage of pregnancy come with its share of blessing. May we be a blessing to this home, Father. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord,
I thank You for this baby and I give my pregnancy to You, praying that throughout the whole time You will be there to comfort and encourage and strengthen each member of the family.
I pray that You would place Your hand of blessing on this little human being that is being formed in my womb... may he or she grow up to know You and may they become a mighty person of God.
Thank You for all my children, which have become such a blessing to me - into Your hand I commit myself, my husband, my family and this precious little addition to our home - for which I praise You

Dear God, the enemy is against children that are being born in families that worship you. He is destroying children when they are still innocent. That is why I come to you today asking you to protect my child when it is still in the womb up to when he or she will be born and become an adult. No weapon forged against this unborn child shall prosper, and I refute any tongue that will rise against my child as he or she grows into an adult. I cover him or her with the blood of the lamb. In Jesus' name, I do believe and pray, Amen.
