Prayer For Men's Ministry
Almighty God,
You are the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. You hold all authority in heaven and earth.
As I approach your throne of grace, I seek to give you the respect you deserve.
I come before you acknowledging the areas of responsibility you have put in my life. You have ordained that I be a leader in my home, in my church, and in my workplace.
I ask you to raise me up to be the best leader I can be this day.
I bow my head, and I bow my will to you today.
By faith, I believe that you are bringing me the wisdom and guidance that I need this day.
I declare that I will cooperate with you as you bring my mind, will, and emotions into agreement with your plans and purposes.
In Jesus' Name,

God, thank You for my wife. She is a gift from You. Help me to be quick to forgive, ready to encourage, and always available to her. Give me guidance as I seek to meet her needs and be her leader. Help me be faithful to her in my mind, thoughts, and heart. Keep us focused on You as we go through trials and times of conflict. Help us to work out conflict in a way that honors You. I commit my marriage to You. In Jesus' name, amen.
Father God, You are infinite and all-knowing. Please give me wisdom to be the leader You have called me to be -- in my home and in business. There are many choices and sometimes I fall short. Give me guidance as I strive to be the leader You want me to be in my home, at my place of employment, and in the community in which I live. Help me to lead with integrity and be an example of You to others. I ask this through my Lord Jesus Christ, amen.
Almighty and eternal God, I pray for my brothers and sisters who are serving their country. Protect all who are serving our country in uniform as they complete their duties. Protect them with the shield of Your strength and keep them safe from all evil and harm. May the power of Your love enable them to return home in safety to those who love them. May they praise You for Your loving care. In Jesus' name, amen.
Creator God, thank You for creating me to share in the conception of life, and share in the responsibility of raising my children. I ask that You would help me as I train up my children to know You and love You. As I look to You as my Father, may I give Your love to my children. God, give me the compassion and tenderness my children need. Give me courage and strength to live according to Your guidance and wisdom. Help me correct them when needed and encourage them always. In Jesus' name, amen.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for the beautiful institution of marriage and for placing us all in families. May the Christian men in our nation and our world understand the great responsibilities and joy that accompanies their God-given position of husband and father in the family unit. May many Christian men adopt their role as head of the family so that Your name is glorified in their lives and homes.
Lord, thank You for the wonderful way that You have ordered the family unit with the man as the head of the home. May both men and women understand and appreciate the benefits of implementing godly principles and the God-given, scriptural roles of men and women in their homes, as men seek to support and protect their wives and children.
Protect and guard the head of each Christian home, and may each man assume his role under Your leadership, to Your praise and glory. In Jesus' name,

I praise and thank You that we have boldness to enter into the throne-room of God, to plead and pray to our heavenly Father. Raise up, I pray an army of faithful men to become prayer-warriors, intercessors for their families and for the whole body of Christ in these dark days that we are currently facing. May they be men that pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit and may they stand as watchmen with all perseverance and supplication for all Your children.
Lord, I know that the prayers of righteous men are powerful and effective and I pray that the men of this nation will build up a wall of prayer and praise that will surround and uphold their Christian brothers and sisters, who are weaker or younger in the faith than they. May their prayers form a hedge of protection from the fiery darts of the wicked one, around the body of Christ Jesus.
Raise up men of faith, men of the Word, men of prayer. Baptise them in the spirit of prayer and immerse their hearts in pure, persistent prayers and intercessions for all the saints of God. In Jesus' name,

Loving Father, thank You for sending Jesus to come as our perfect example of a godly Man, a Man Who demonstrated that godly living means to walk in spirit and truth, in submission to the Holy Spirit and in obedience to You, His heavenly Father.
Lord, I lift up Christian men everywhere and pray that Your Spirit of grace and truth may rest and remain on each one. I pray that Christian men may grow in grace and in a knowledge of Christ Jesus their Lord, and that they become strong in the Lord and in His mighty strength, and not rely on their own abilities but rest in Him alone.
May the beautiful character of the Lord Jesus be increasingly reflected in each one, and may the Christian men throughout the world be godly witnesses to the truth of the gospel both in their own home and with others, with whom they come in contact.
Build up the body of Christ, I pray, with an army of Christian men who will become a reflection of the Lord Jesus so that they may grow into mighty men of God. In Jesus' name we pray,
