Prayer For Manchester
Gracious Father, Merciful God,
Source of life and love,
We pray for all those affected by the tragedy in Manchester:
We remember the dead taken so suddenly and violently;
The injured, that they will speedily recover;
Those still lost, that they may be found safe and well;
Those bereaved and grieving, that your healing touch may bring them reassurance and hope;
Those who witnessed and were present at the Arena
And all those affected in any way.
Hear our prayers for an end to this scourge on our world
And strengthen us in our service of you and of each other.
