Prayer For Living Water
My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin. Our Savior Jesus Christ suffered and died for us. In his name, my God, have mercy.
Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy, hail, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To you we cry, the children of Eve; to you we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this land of exile. Turn, then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward us; lead us home at last and show us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus: O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Bless us, O Lord, and these your gifts which we are about to receive from your goodness, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Father God, you are the ultimate teacher, the maker of disciples. You made the early church fishers of men. Help me share the truth of your Word. May rivers of living water flow out of my heart, so that all who drink will be nourished forever. Amen.
Heavenly Father, I come to You, the Fount of Life, to ask, with all humility, that You fill my poor heart with those Living Waters. Let my heart overflow with love for everyone, with every intention of my will, with every word upon my lips, with every deed which I perform. May my heart be a Temple of the Most Holy Trinity, that all who approach me, may find within me, the living and abiding presence of Your love. May the Spirit of Your love never lay dormant within me, but pour forth to embrace, comfort, guide and sustain all the souls who You choose to have cross my path in life. This I ask through Jesus Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, One God, now and forever. Amen
In the dry wildernesses of our lives,
in the days of heat and thirst,
you offer us living water,
Thank you, gracious and generous God.
When we begin to doubt your presence,
and grumble that your love is unreliable,
you offer us living water,
Thank you, gracious and generous God.
When life's regrets and the bad choices we have made
leave us feeling excluded and unworthy,
you offer us living water,
Thank you, gracious and generous God.
When circumstances, or the inhumanity of others,
have left us alone and wounded,
you offer us living water,
Thank you, gracious and generous God.
We thank you and praise you, O God,
that how ever we may thirst,
what ever we may need to satisfy our souls,
you offer it freely and abundantly in Christ;
So we drink deep of the living water
and, as we draw from your wells,
we seek to pass the cup to others
who, like us, are thirsty for your grace.

Loving Lord Jesus,
Help me to humble myself under Your mighty wings that I may receive Your healing touch in my mind, body, and soul. Please enable my soul to prosper that Your healing waters may flow like rivers of living water from me to others.
