Prayer For Husband New Job
Lord Jesus Christ, you are the God from whom all blessings flow. Please bless me with new opportunities for work. I am made in your image and I want to use the talents you have given me in a useful and effective way. Lead me to the right opportunity at this time. I am grateful for all the blessings you have given throughout my life so far and look to the future with faith in your continued goodness. Increase my faith that I may rely on you during this period of change. In your mighty and powerful name, Amen.
Merciful Father, thank you that you are the source of everything good in my life. As I look for a new job I pray that you would move powerfully in my life, providing opportunities and guidance for me. Put the right options in front of me, let me fulfill your plans and purposes through my work. Your kindness and care for me has been present throughout my life and I ask for your kindness in this job search. Your love conquers all obstacles and provides life in all its fullness. Dear Lord, I pray for a hedge of Angels over my husband & his job. I pray that you would protect his position. Lord I pray that you would be with him on the job all day & everyday. That you would bridle the tongue of any backstabbers, gossipers, or any false accusations. I pray Lord that you would give him peace about things & that he would find favor with you Lord & with his bossesin your sweet name Jesus Amen
Mighty God, I thank you that every atom of the universe is under your control. I thank you that I can trust in your providence as I search for a job. I ask that you would direct my eyes and protect me from making bad choices. When I feel anxious about the unknown future, I pray that you would flood my heart with your peace, silencing my fears and doubts. Through the sacrifice of your Son, Jesus, you have given me all things and opened the gates to your blessings. Please bless me with a new job. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

As I consider various opportunities I pray that you would keep my heart rooted and fixed in you. Help me to make decisions based on your wisdom rather than my desires. Mitch will interview for a new job this week. The position would draw on his experience but stretch him in new ways, too. Thank you for giving him this opportunity.
Thank you for caring about his needs and desire for career advancement. And thank you for preparing him for retirement, too. I know you are with him this week, looking out for his best interest.
Before my husband meets the interview panel, ready the meeting place and time. Set the tone for the discussion. Since first impressions matter, help Mitch be the man you created authentic, natural, and relaxed. Help the interviewers see through any tension that exists.

And whatever the outcome, let the process bless Mitch and his interviewers.

I've seen you open many doors for Mitch. If this new opportunity is right for him, let nothing stand in the way of a job offer.
However, if this job is NOT your will, make it clear to everyone involved in the interview process. Close the door and show Mitch the next step. He loves you, Lord, and he is willing to work wherever you lead him.
Bless my husband as he answers the tough questions this week, and bless the people who will conduct the interview. Give them wisdom to choose the right person for the job, and give Mitch peace to accept their decision.

God I thank you that my husband is growing in wisdom, stature and favor with You and man. Continue to expand his knowledge of You, Lord. I thank you for the men you have placed in his life to help him along the way. Lord, continue to increase his faith as he reads Your Word. Preserve his time with you, Lord. Speak to him throughout the day and guide his decisions. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Dear Father,
I lift up my husband and his job up to you. I ask that you be with him while he is at work, and bless his efforts. Give him strength, patience, and wisdom in the situations he faces and the tasks he completes. I pray he feels Your nearness and your peace each day.
When he feels stress or is overwhelmed with anxiousness, I pray You calm him and give him peace. When he feels like the pressure is too much, let him lean into You and find rest. I know you love him and have good things in mind for him. In spite of the difficulties he faces each day, You are there.
Thank you for the blessing of a job. Thank you for his willingness to serve You and provide for his family. Help us to be good stewards of the many blessings in our lives. Guide my husband in all decisions, and develop his skills as he continues to work hard. When he encounters failure, help him to see your grace. When he makes mistakes, draw him close with your kindness and forgiveness. He has so much to offer and has many talents, but I pray it would all be done for your Glory. Help us to look for ways to bless others with our time and resources.
I ask that you protect him from harm. Surround him, lift him up, and keep his eyes on you each day. Help him to excel and enjoy the success that comes from hard work, without overdoing things. Help him to balance his time between work, spending time with his family, and most of all seeking You. Bless the relationships he forms at his workplace, including co workers, friends, and those he interacts with regularly.
I pray his boss will appreciate his efforts. Help my husband to persevere with joy, knowing that it's all for You. When he is tired, frustrated, and wants to give up, remind him of Your great love for him. Let my husband recall your promise to never leave him. I pray he feels your presence each day.
