Prayer For Helplessness
Lord, i pray for my sister. I am helpless and cannot do anything to help her. what she does is so beyond what i can do. I entrust her to You, Lord. Please help her... Holy Mother please pray for her.
Oh Lord, I have neither words to speak nor the strength to stand and I come to You grief-stricken because of this terrible tragic loss. All I can cry is Abba, Father. All I can ask is, Why?
Lord, You know the shocking facts of this tragic death and You know the deep despair I feel as I now have to face the future without this precious person. Lord I feel so shocked, so alone, so abandoned, so helpless, even though I know within my heart that You are there with me, and have Your loving arms all around me. Draw me very close to Yourself at this time Lord I pray. I need You.
Oh Lord, I feel so empty, so hollow, so numb and even afraid of the future. Lord, I don't know what to do or where to turn, except to look to You and plead that in Your grace, You will help me to get through this and bring me out the other side. Lord, I have no-one but You.
Help me Lord, to come to terms with this tragic death and help me I pray, to face the future with courage. And Lord, although I doubt that You will ever fully answer my question, why, yet I pray that You will give me an understanding heart. Help me to come to terms with what has happened. Be my comfort, my strength and my hope in Whom I trust. In Jesus' name I pray,

O Christ Jesus,
when all is darkness and we feel our weakness and helplessness,
give us the sense of Your presence, Your love, and Your strength.
Help us to have perfect trust in Your protecting love
and strengthening power, so that nothing may frighten or worry us,
for, living close to You, we shall see Your hand,
Your purpose, Your will through all things.
Lord, perhaps by your grace you may lame me that I may have a constant reminder that you are the God who acts beyond anything I can do. When I ask you to act I should expect you to act, Lord, and not be like Jacob, working things out on my own.
Our precious Father,I come to Your holy presence with all my shortcomings and sins. You know all my mind's thoughts my present state. I am helpless and without anywhere to go. I can't turn to anyone for help. I know that it would be of no use and hence, I come to Your feet. I believe that You are the only refuge in times of trouble. Father, Have mercy on me and redeem me from my helpless situation. Enable me to be free from all the clutches of darkness and praise You with all my heart, soul and mind. Let there be peace in my mind. I surrender all my weaknesses at Your feet and beg Lord, please strengthen me with Your righteousness. I praise You and thank You for hearing all my supplications. Heavenly Father, You create men in Your own image, and You desire that not even the least among us should perish.In Your love for us, You entrusted Your only Son to the holy Virgin Mary. Now, in Your Love,protect against he wickedness of the devil,those little ones to whom You have given the gift of life.
Dear Lord,
I pray for the moments I feel helpless. I pray for my heart. May Your Holy Spirit speak softly to me and remind me of my purpose, and the strength I indeed have because of You. I pray I can find a way to still help my family and my husband when a circumstance blindsides me. Reveal to me my next steps, my course of action, or need for rest. I lift my heart to You now in Jesus' name AMEN!
God, my Defender, I come to You seeking justice in my helplessness. I bring my case before You. May this unjust situation disappear like water into the thirsty ground. May it dissolve before me, O Righteous Judge. I will rejoice because there truly is a reward for those who live for God. You will take up my cause and declare me victorious! Amen.
