Prayer For Exhaustion

Dear God,
I ask you to fill me with the knowledge of your will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that I may live a worthy life and please you in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in my knowledge of you, being strengthened with all power according to your glorious might so that I may have great endurance and patience. I give joyful thanks to you, the one who has qualified me to share in the inheritance of your holy people in the kingdom of light. Amen.

O Lord,
We call upon You in our time of sorrow, that You give us the strength and will to bear our heavy burdens, until we can again feel the warmth and love of Your divine compassion. Be mindful of us and have mercy on us while we struggle to comprehend life's hardships. Keep us ever in Your watch, till we can walk again with light hearts and renewed spirits. Amen.

Dear God,

The battle feels intense some days. We get tired and weak, weary and worn. It's hard to keep going in the face of defeat. But help us to remember that you will never leave us, that you're our Refuge and our Strength, an ever-present help in trouble. We know that the enemy wouldn't be fighting so hard against us, if we weren't making a difference for your Kingdom. He wouldn't be trying so hard to stop us, if he didn't think you had so much good still in store. Remind us that the battle belongs to you, and whatever we're up against can be taken down in one fail swoop by your Mighty Hand. Help us to trust you more, to never waste time spinning our wheels and wrestling or fighting in our strength. Please forgive us Lord for the times we've failed to lift our hands to you, for the days we've forgotten to come to you first. Fill us with the Power of your Holy Spirit this day. Fill us with your joy, fill us with your wisdom and discernment, fill us with constant reminders that Your Presence will go with us, and you will give us rest.

Thank you for the victories in our lives, that have no explanation except, God did this. We give you the glory and honor for all that you're doing in our lives every day, even in the times we can't see it all, or understand your ways.

Help us to keep our eyes on you. Help us to see when another soul around us needs to be encouraged too. Help us to be faithful to carry one another's burdens, remembering that we're all in this life together, and there's great power in unity.

We love you and we need you. We lift up our hearts and hands to worship you. Thank you that your banner over us is love.

In the Mighty Name of Jesus we pray,

Amen.

Lord, you are not just the God of time but the God of timing. Help me to trust You as I wait for the things I desperately want. Help me not become discouraged or depressed in this season of waiting, but help me take my place joyfully with all the saints who persevered through the wait you had for them. As we walk through this season of Advent, help me to spend time meditating on Your promise to bring our Savior into the world. Thank You for Your plan to come again and bring restoration for all things! In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen.

Glorious name, gracious name, name of love and of power! Through you sins are forgiven, through you enemies are vanquished, through you the sick are freed from their illness, through you those suffering in trials are made strong and cheerful. You bring honor to those who believe, you teach those who preach, you give strength to the toiler, you sustain the weary.

Dear God, give me hope.
Hope that all things will be as you say they will be. Hope that all pain will be released. Hope that everything will fall according to plan. Hope that there will be better days.

I am so tired right now. Tired of waiting, tired of trusting, tired of believing in the unseen. I want everything to make sense. I want to know I'm on the right path. I want to know that no matter what, you'll be here. I know you are, but I want to feel you. And yet, I know that true faith is letting yourself be led.

So I'm going to let myself be ledby you, by your words, by the truth I feel in my bones. Father, give me hope to face another day, hope for what's to come, hope for all that you will reveal to me in time.

Amen.

Dear God,
Thank You for another day! Thank You for my life and the purpose You have given me. I come before You tired and ask for a refreshed spirit. I am exhausted and I need Your strength to carry me. Fill me with joy, so that no matter how tired I am, I rejoice because You are good and Your love endures forever. I pray for other wives who are feeling tired or empty. Help us not to complain amidst our weakness. Restore our minds so that we can still function properly. Give our bodies the energy needed to get through each day. We claim healing in Jesus' name! Please also help us to manage our time so that we will get the rest we need. Help us to prune things that are hard to let go of that suck the energy from us. Lord, we lay our lives down at Your throne and praise You in Jesus' name AMEN!

Dear God,
The constant struggles and demands feel intense some days. We're weary and worn. We feel exhausted and discouraged. There never seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done that we need to get completed. And it's just hard to keep going in the face of defeat and discouragement. Please help us to remember that you are there, close, and you promise never to leave us.

Thank you that you are our Refuge and our strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Help us to trust you more, to stop wasting so much time just spinning our wheels, distracted and worried, or wrestling in our own strength.

Forgive us Lord for the times we've failed to lift our eyes first to you, for the days we've forgotten to even come before you. Fill us with the power of your Holy Spirit today; with your strength, your peace, your joy. Fill us with your spiritual wisdom and discernment, and the constant reminders that your presence will go with us, and you will give us rest.

We ask for your healing over every part of our lives physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We ask that you would make us strong and resilient for the days ahead. We know that you have great purpose for those who believe in your name. Help us not to allow the distractions and struggles of our days, weary us down to the point of exhaustion.

We know that your desire is for us to live this life abundantly and free. Thank you that you are greater than anything we face here in this life, and our desire is to reflect your love and light to a world that so desperately needs your hope.

We know that the enemy wouldn't be fighting so hard against us if we weren't making a difference for your Kingdom. He wouldn't be trying so hard to stop us if he didn't think you had so much good still in store.

Remind us that all the momentary troubles and every single battle belongs to you. We believe that whatever we're up against can be taken down in one fail swoop by your mighty hand.

Thank you for the victories in our lives, that have no explanation except, God did this. We give you the glory and honor for all that you're doing every day, even in the times we can't see it all, or fully understand your ways.

Help us to keep our eyes on you and off our circumstances. Help us to see when another soul around us needs to be encouraged too. May we be faithful to carry one another's burdens, remembering that we're all in this life journey together, and there's great power in unity.

We love you Lord and we need you today. We're reminded of our weakness, but we know that in you, we are strong. We lift up our hearts and hands to worship you. Thank you for your great love and care. Thank you that you surround us like a shield, we choose to find rest in you today.

In Jesus' Name,
Amen.
