Prayer For Enemies In The Workplace
Sovereign Lord, as much as it hurts me to say it, I dread going into work each day. The culture at work has become a cesspool. Departments are full of toxic people, who care for nothing but themselves. It is very hard to get through each day without tears. Father, help me to work in such a place. Wherever possible, use me as a means to make the place better. Give me opportunities to influence others and share Your love with them, so that the workplace might be transformed into something that is honoring to You. Amen.
Lord Jesus, my Precious Savior, it is not easy dealing with toxic people. They are as cunning as snakes and often seek to betray You. Therefore, I ask that You give me the wisdom that it takes to interact with these kinds of people. Help me to walk with grace and humility, not out of pride, but in legitimate concern for their salvation. Help me to have a genuine love for them, no matter how they feel about me. In Your holy name. Amen.
My Righteous God, conflict is inevitable. This is even truer in the workplace where so much is at stake, and competition can be fierce. Tempers are sure to flare and people will blow up on each other. In the inevitable event that I run into conflict, let me handle it with grace and compassion. Give me the wisdom to navigate it in a way that honors You and keeps me free from sin. Lord, in Your mercy, hear my prayer. Amen.
Lord God of Heaven's Armies, the workplace can be a vicious place. People rise against one another in a cut-throat environment. People fall over themselves to get ahead without regard to anyone else. Lord, amid such a hostile place, I ask that You watch over me. Keep me safe and secure, out of the reach of those who would do me harm. Amen.
Congregation of satanic gossipers at my workplace using their evil thought to stop me, scatter unto desolation, in the name of Jesus.
O God, give me my duely possessions, promotions, position, place, and portion this season by fire, in the name of Jesus.
O God, hide me from those (name them) planning to conspire against me and my position, in the name of Jesus.
O Lord, I give you thanks for giving me a place to work, in the name of Jesus. I am grateful for your protection over this job. Be thou glorified in Jesus name.
