Prayer For A Sister In Need
Precious Holy Spirit, may You open our eyes to the love around us. Help us love our sisters and lift them up to Your glory and understanding. Please guide us in sisterly bonds, as mentors, friends, and neighbors. As sisters of Christ, unite us in everlasting love and connection. Help us to advocate for each other and share this world with kindness and grace. Above all, may we love our sister neighbors under Your heavenly name. Amen.
All-Powerful Father, please enrich the minds of Your daughters. Lead them to wisdom and knowledge that will journey them through this life. Teach them to challenge ideas, generate new ones, and seek Your goodness. Show them Your story and word. We know that through knowledge, our minds grow and have more capability for love and compassion. Open our minds to You, loving God. Amen.
Jehovah Rapha, my Healer, I pray that You surround Your daughters in restorative health. May they see with compassionate eyes, hear with hopeful ears, and feel with unwavering faith. May their bodies be strong and capable. And may You surround those who are sick with an army of angels. Please replace their fear with hope and their pain with healing. In Your almighty name, I pray this, Amen.
Lord of Unfailing Love, Thank You for the women of the world. Thank You for the mothers, sisters, grandmas, aunts, friends, and neighbors. Thank You for the community of sisterhood, that raises young girls to find a place in Your beautiful kingdom. Thank You for teaching us to be kind, daring, and faithful servants of God. Please surround us in wisdom and capability. Please continuously remind us of our glorious community under Your holy presence. We love You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Lord Jesus, I thank You for my sister. I am grateful for our bond made by You, and our unwavering love. Thank You for teaching us the fundamentals to love, so that we can show love to each other. Thank You for blessing my life with a sister. A sister who listens, cares, and loves. Thank You for giving me companionship when life is gray, and friendship when life is bright. I pray that my sister and I continue to praise You and thank You for our journey through life together. Amen.
Gracious God, I seek You with a wishful heart. Please break down divisions in my life. Lead me to a community of Christ-followers. Unite us in sisterly joy and wisdom. Strengthen the web of sisters in Christ, so we can praise You with louder voices and glorious harmony. Help us grow and prosper together. Just as You gave us this life, You gave us a sisterhood under Your holy name; and for that, we sing to the heavens. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Lord, thank you so much for what you've given me. I feel blessed for the life that I have and the people you've placed in it. I know that you are always looking out for me, supporting me, and guiding me in the way you want me to live. But today, Lord, I am not coming to you for myself. Today I come to you for my sister. She is one of the most important people you've placed in my life, and today I lift her up to you for blessings.
Lord, you have given me a sister who is my biggest support. I ask, Lord, that you protect her heart from those who would come against her. I ask that you bless her to be kind and intelligent. I ask that you give her strength to stand against those that would try to hurt her by leading her down darker paths. Lord, I ask that you give her a bigger heart for you, making her more sensitive to your voice and discerning in her decisions.
I also ask, Lord, that you bless the two of us together. I ask that you allow us to get along more often. I ask that you build up our relationship and help us avoid the arguments that tear so many siblings apart. Lord, I ask that you give me kinder words to say to her. I ask that you give me more patience to deal with her, and give her more patience with me. Lord, I ask that you allow us to work through our differences in ways that draw us closer together.
And Lord, I ask that you grow her into a woman of God. I ask that you guide her footsteps toward a bright future full of love and hope. I ask that you give her friends that support her and protect her. I ask that you give her a career and a family that will be as satisfying to her as it is to you.
Lord, there are few people in my life as precious to me as my sister, and I want all the best for her. No matter how many times we may argue or annoy one another, there is no other person I want close to me. She is my sister, and I love her. So I offer her up to you for your blessings. I offer her up to you so that you place your hand on her life. I just ask for blessings for her.
Thank you, Lord. I know I can do nothing without you, and I am grateful every day for that. You continue to place people and situations on my heart, and I will continue to ask your blessings for them. Thank you for all you do for me, even those things I cannot see. In your holy ?name I pray, Amen.
Dear heavenly father, I come to you weak, confused, and my heart aches with tears running down my face. This is because my sister has been really ill lately her heart is in pain, her sides hurt possibly her kidneys and I wish and pray that I could do something for my sister to make the pain she endures disappear.
For she is hurting badly my lord and her flesh is weak and I pray that you may lift her up and give unto her great strength and hope and cast all thoughts of fear, doubts, and hopelessness from her spirit and mind. I know my lord Jesus that you are the creator of all things and your heart is grand and your hands are those that heal.
I pray that you may take my sister and place your hands upon her and give unto her the gift of healing that will make all her pain disappear lord so that she can continue to praise you and worship all your goodness lord that her health will be renewed. I ask of you this because I love her with all of my heart and soul and it hurts me so, to see her in such pain I just want to see the smile on her face again and hear her laughter and speak of you the way she always does not caring what others think when she shouts your name with love.
My father I know your here, I knew you know what is going on lord and In your timing lord i know your will shall be done. I humbly ask that you give to her comfort; overwhelming peace and hope and that her pain be gone. I also wish for her protection from all evil and those that wish to cause harm unto her flesh or soul.
For the wicked lurks and I know Jesus that you will protect her all the days of her life for she is yours.Jesus I love you so I always have and I always will. In Jesus name I pray,
Amen
