Prayer For A Sick Newborn Baby Boy
O Holy Spirit please come like a dove Shield and protect now the one that I love. Cover their wounds with Your grace feathered wings, Shield them from sorrow, breathe hope songs within. Tend with Your goodness the pain that they bear Heal now their sickness with miracle care. Carry them high far above till they see Your rainbow of promise, real hope lies ahead. I love them so dearly, so help me to be All that you, Jesus, would give out through me.
Father, thank you for this precious gift of new life
We pray that you would watch over this dear child
All the days of his/her life
Guide his/her footsteps
Inspire his/her mind
Anoint his/her hands
And lead him/her into life eternal
For the sake of Jesus Christ our Lord

Dear God, I pray for (child's name) as he/she deals with this (specific illness) so often. I know You are the Master Healer and that You also provide times that are symptom-free for this dear little one. Please comfort and protect this dear child during this hard time. Help them to know that they can come to You for the peace and health that only You can provide. Please be with the doctors as they continually study to find medicines and treatments that will comfort those that suffer from chronic illnesses. I leave this in Your precious hands oh God my Father.
