Pentecost Prayers of the Faithful
These Pentecost petitions are for use in Mass or other services during this feast or any event that is focused on the Holy Spirit. For our local community and its needs: that we would act as witnesses to the love and mercy of Christ as we love our neighbors as ourselves, we pray to the Lord.

For our parish community: that we would open ourselves to the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, we pray to the Lord.

For those who are sick, suffering, or homeless, and for the poor and unemployed, we pray to the Lord.

For all those who have died, especially _________________ , for whom this Mass is offered, we pray to the Lord.
